I got calls yesterday from 818-870-9288, and 727-532-7295, and 323-429-7563. I found out who these guys are: 310 Commerce, ste: 150, Irvine, Ca 92602, and the website is: www.autoonewarranty.com.
I am going to report this to the attorney Generals office, and we will bring them down. OORAH

    to all that read this... Never buy a warranty from a phone call to you or an internet site that tells you one thing and does another. YOU foolish people believe that you will save money and get the same peice of mind by buying a warranty from the above mentioned instend of buying from a car dealership. YES it's cheaper to be scammed via outside the dealership....when a dealership ask you to buy a warranty and you say no... and still buy via the above mentioned. WELL you have no one to blame but yourselves. Fore when you buy from a dealership you can always simply go back to the dealer and say HEY! etc. etc. etc. I only write this on a Friday night, as a CEO of a warranty company that laughs and chagrins...., realizing that people on this site are actually trying to sell you their warranty on a string or blog site.
    My company only deals with people who take care of people, therefore you can not buy our warranty via phone call or internet.Oh 'btw' for you people..., Our Warranty comes with a 100% money back gaurantee...if you don't use it you get back 100%: welcome to what people need. sincerly jb 866-950-4141 ext.7102

    ***George is no longer the refund manager, now it's Alberto or AL and his mail box is full**** I have been calling all night I cancelled my policy on 10/27/2008 and here it is 10/14/2009 and nothing. I having spoken with the customer service "supervisor" Anthony all night and he refused to email the refund manager advising him that I demand a manual refund check now. I sent this to the BBB and recieved a response from George stating I will have my refund 8/11/2009. And I still haven't received it. I called and asked tospeak with the CEO, and was told he is an absentee CEO again a bunch of crap from Anthony the "supervisor" who is the only person who answers my calls now. I don't know where else to turn it's like I have to harrass them just to make myself feel better about the money that I have lost.***Luckily I had a plan and I recorded my call with Anthony the "Supervisor" and I have been requested by my local news to send them a copy of that call so they can do a story on these scam artist*** Their last day is right around the corner and I am ready to lead the pack!!!!!     My husband and I returned the information as stated in the warranty information, we then called our credit union when another payment was taken.  We were reimbursed by our credit union.   A month later we received another packet with the warranty information and we returned it as the warranty stated.  Now Auto One is telling the the credit union that since we did not give them the milage on the car that we did not cancel the warranty correctly and the credit union is stating that they are going to give themoney back to Auto One.  I tis a never ending problem.  I want to just give up and let them have the money but I know a can't because it isn't right.

    Troy, please post any full names, addresses,phone #s,or e-mail for anyone @ A1warranty that you can. This will be very helpful in convincing this company to stop what they are doing.People that have been scammed can then have some recourse against Anthony and the others.

    I am also a victim of auto one warranty,i cancelled my warranty with them in august i still have not recived my refund this is bull [***] every time i call they say your refund will be in to 3 or 4 weeks i am going to report them to the BBB

    It's a scam..the head ppl there r Madison, Tom, Dan..and sum other dude in a yellow Ferrari and a Bentley..its in Irvine..in the Sprint buildin on Commerce

    Just to let you all know, Auto One was shut down last week.  The company called the employees last Sunday night and told them not to show up on Monday and to call on Wednesday for final paychecks.  Apparently the final paychecks are not being honored.  If it is any solace to you folks, know that a) the company is closed by the FBI, and the people who called you up didn't get their last paycheck.  They paid twice monthly and it was the check that would have paid rent this month that isn't being forthcoming.

    I apologize to anyone whom might have bought a policy with them due to my telepone sales persuasion.

    This company sucks [***] drive my wifes exploere to the dealer as soon as I got it into the parking lot the rearend goes out. They told me it was my fault because I drove it when I heard a bang wtf I was in the parking lot of the dealer when it went so they will not cover it 3000 for a piece of [***] company
