My consumer No.614884 by name of Cherukuri Someswararao, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. Always phone busy & if we aks serial number immediately they are disconnecting the phone. I went to Gas Agency regarding this so many time I complaint. No responce or no action. Always saying there is no stock. It'll take another 5 to 10 days. Atleast they are taking more than 20 days. My dealer is M/s Ratna agencies, 401,Shilpa complex,HMT Hills, Kukatpally-72, Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh, India.

    I have booked for refill my cylinder on 28 Th Aug 2011 from my cell.
    They replied on cell, delivery of cylinders from my gas agency is completed up to 13 th Aug 2011.

    Today (9th Sept., 2011) I called at 7 pm, they said delivery of cylinders from my gas agency is completed up to 16 th Aug 2011.

    which means from 28 th Aug 2011 to 09 th Sept 2011,
    in 13 days,
    they have cleared deliveries only of "3 DAYS"  

    When shall I expect the delivery of cylinder??????????????????????

    we have already booking sir but still we dint take cylinder, every time late service sir and your Hp service is we dont like sir, we booking from 24/8/2011 and booking no:257544,
    still they dint give,

    THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME PROBLEMS WITH HP GAS AS THEY ARE NOT GETTING DELIVERYS FROM THE COMPANY I HAD BOOKES MY GAS A MONTH AGO STILL NO RESPONCE..I AM COOKING MY FOOD ON A KEROSENE STOVE AND ITS COSTING ME RS 20 DAILY AND I AM ALWAYS AFRAID I MIGHT BURN MY HOUSE DOWN BECAUSE OF THE KEROSENE...NEWAY THERE IS A GENUINE SUPPLY PROBLEM AT HP I THINK IN ANOTHER 10 DAYS IT WILL BE SORTED

    SIR i have booked on 11/11/2011 thruogh on line they given the date 19th deliver. But still now we are no recived .Sri we book once in 2 month .The delveri man demand extra we pay 20rs extra he ask more Sir we called the agency they are not responding any call .Sir our agency is Manrath enterprices in domalur please take the action sir

    This is to bring to your notice after giving saveral call on your land line no we always receive a massage that all route in this line is busy please call after some time and after sometime when the bell goes ringing no is picking up the telephone why is it so? can you please clarify this is since saveral days my gas got over on 4th of Jan'12 and frm that day onwards i am trying to contact your land line.
    As I am working Its impossible for me to visit the Gas office I stay in vijay nagar near Amrai police station.
    Can you please advice why we need to face so much of problems to book a gas.
    your intervention will be highly appreciated.

    Respected officer,
    i am not to complaint againg gas deliveries but as aresponsible student of college i want tell u the illegal gas cylinder racket of our college canteen.
    i am student of "M.G.M college of engineering and technology, kamothe, navi mubai, ".  yestrday i saw 15 red coloured cylinders delivered in college canteen by hp gas which is illegal as for hotels blue coloured r specifid. so kindly take actio to stop this corruption..

    AS PER THE INSTRUCTION I BOOKED CYLINDER ON 24.03.2012. THEY TOLD AFTER 15 DAYS YOU WILL GET CYLINDER. FROM THAT DAY I AM waiting for the cyllinder TODAY 18.04.2012 . ATER BOOKING, 15 DAYS OVER. I AM NOT GETTING CYLINDER. SIMPLY THEY ARE TELLING SOME REASONS. EVERY TIME THEY ARE DOING LIKE THIS .. EVERY COSTEMER FACING SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND ARRANGE FOR CYLINDER.

    Dear Sir ,

    We have booked the gas long ago and we got the SMS message saying  that the booking No is 220775 Your refill will be deliverd within next 48 hours dt 18th April 2012 and till today we have not received any refill till date i e  23 April 2012. we feel  that there is some thing with the delivery boy who is playing the trick Please look into the matter and see that our refill is deliverd as soon as possible.

    dear sir your hp anytime srvice is rubish and irritating who ever that [***] is should be sacked we are out of gas for months  the dtributor is not taking yhe booking  hence not delivering i even gave themMY MOBILE AND ASKED THEM TO BOOK IT  EVEN THEY COULD NOT DO IT SINCE WE ARE DEPENDENT AND HARMELESS INDIVIDUALALA NOBODY IS BOTHERED NOW I HAVE PROMISED MY SELF NOT TO USE HP PRODUCTS STARTING WITH PETROL ' DESIL ETC.
