My consumer No.614884 by name of Cherukuri Someswararao, we are having lots of problem in delivery of cylinder either they are late delivered or not delivered, we have to go and collect the gas cylinder in urgency. Always phone busy & if we aks serial number immediately they are disconnecting the phone. I went to Gas Agency regarding this so many time I complaint. No responce or no action. Always saying there is no stock. It'll take another 5 to 10 days. Atleast they are taking more than 20 days. My dealer is M/s Ratna agencies, 401,Shilpa complex,HMT Hills, Kukatpally-72, Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh, India.

Please do the needful.

    PLEASE SCRAP THIS HP ANY TIME SERVICE IT NON STARTER SUHESTER AND IMPLEMENTOR SHOULD BE DISCHARGED FROM SERVICES OF THE CO. IT IS BRINGING BAD FEELINGS AMONG YOUR CUSTOMERS I HAVE STOPED USING PETROL AND DSIL FOR ALL MY CARS OUR AVERAGE CONSUMPTION IS 5500 LITERS PER MONTH I FEEL ABOVE SYSTEM IS FOR ENCOURAGING ILLIGAL SALE OF CYLINDERS TO BIG RESTAURANTS BENIFITING SOME INDIVIDUAL CORRUPT MANAGER

    HP Gas (BHEL) service is very bad. First of all they dont respond properly and they dont say what needs to be done. For a new connection, they are giving build up like any thing and never respond to customer properly. Always say one statement - No stock. What the heck of job they are doing? Try to solve the customers problems. I am thinking only BHEL HP gas agency is creating these sort of problems to customers for a new gas connection when compared to other areas HP gas centers.

    Dear Sir,

           It is found that there is huge unauthorized sale of cylinders to hotels & resorts nearby.  It is reflected that months delay in getting gas cylinder to authorized customers despite booking.  In addition the agency could not deliver satisfactory reply  to valid customers and trying to intimidate them. Inquiring about gas cylinder delivery, they always replied that the supply has been completed yesterday and will deliver next weak.  They never take action to intimate customers when it comes or give a fixed date of delivery.  It will help them to unauthorized sale.

          I am compel to approach consumer forum to get satisfactory supply of gas cylinders.

    One of hp consumer no. 702374 name ram rattan i have book
    for refill booking no 284618 on 28 sept 2012 but i did get refill till today. My gas agency Bawana gas service delhi 39. I have gone 6 time they reply , we will send you within two or three days but i did not get till today. It enough now i have to go in consumer court.

    dear sir,
    i have booked my gas refill through ph dated 26.11.12. booking no. is 246497,consumer no. 616179, gas agency name brij gas service, geeta colony , delhi,  name of Nirmla. i have not received my gas refill till date please find out the gas refill status and send it urgently. Also register a complaint against the brij gas agency they always delivered booking gas after  20-25 days of booking date. The company says he send gas refill after 3 day of booking date. Please lookout this matter and give some solution about my query.

           ihave booked my refill cylinder through ivrs number.i have got a message that my cylinder is delivered to mee but  i have not recevied my refill hp gas cylinder.

    i had booked gas on 02-05-2013. but till now not came. when ever i am booking gas there is no response till i come and complint so please delivery our cylinder by tomarrow

    Hi,

    My Consumer Number :622197 Dealer - Ratna Agencies, Kukatpally. i have booked my refill on 19th june'2013 and the cash memo was 164364. when i called them up for refill delivery on 1st of July'2013 they simply told me that my booking has been cancelled and a fresh booking has been made. we will deliver the refill within two days.
    when i asked for the reason for cancellation. They said since month changed and we are in july, the system automatically cancels the booking and take fresh booking. Also since the rate changed the new rate will come into effect from 1st july 2013 onwards.
    The point is i was wondering how my booking automatically got cancelled and how and when fresh booking was made and why i need to pay more when the fact is i have made my booking on 19th june'2013? One of my neighbour has booked his refill on 21st of june'2013 and his refill got delivered. whereas i booked my refill on 19th of june and my booking automatically gets cancelled.

    Need to know the details on this.
