I purchased the Google Home Business Kit for $1.95 from Pacific Webworks.com, Profitstudiolearning.com.  Supposedly this is a legimate company that sells these kits.  They turned around & charged me $69.90 without previous authorization.  The terms only said a charge of $1.95 one time setup fee.  This is a scam & Google is also a party to this for allowing this company to sell with their name.

    hey guys i m scam as well ,talk to women name Molly as well she info me o well NO YOU ARE NOT GETING YOUR MONEY BACK ...give me address and end call she info she is in SaltLakeCity...well Mplly you want to play then dont tell me to call Google for money back if you representing them,well i sure did call and send e-mail...so its time to wait

    When you are dealing with scammers making fraudulent charges, you don't give them the courtesy of "cancelling".  That just allows them to keep taking your money until you figure out what you really have to do with fraudulent charges.

    ALWAYS handle fraudulent charges by immediately contacting your bank to dispute all unauthorized charges and close the account or block the card number due to fraud.  Your bank can generally reverse fraudulent charges within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.  Follow up with your dispute with a written fraud dispute to your bank.

    FCBA allows for disputing credit card charges, and FRB Reg. E allows for disputing checking account debit card, ACH, or other EFT charges.  FRB Reg. CC allows for disputing forged checks.

    The googlekits.com, they are big rats. we need to spread the word everywhere in order to stopp them to take our hard work money. They are the big scams company???. I got scamed by them, too. I lost 2.95 and 79.90 for thing I never order.My recomentation to everyone: Do your homework before you order anything that seems too good to be truth.

    I, too, requested the $1.95 deal to receive the CD. I was led to believe that once I had received the CD I would have an opportunity to see what the oportunity was all about. That was it. I checked my bank account and discovered that $49.84 has been deducted for the last 4 months. I have tried to get in touch with the promotion company. The line is constantly engaged. I cannot even cancel the so-called profitstudio.com account as I cannot get through. My Bank, Wells Fargo, have said that there is nothing they can do as it was a legitimate business transaction between myself and the scamming profitstudio. I cancelled the credit card with my bank and requested a new one. My bank told me that if I don't cancel the account with profitstudio then profitstudio can get access to my new card and continue to make deductions. I am not only out of $200 or so but I run the risk of more money being deducted as I cannot cancel the account. When I spoke with my bank I said that I will have to cancel my account if I want to stop money being deducted. I HOPE NOBODY HAS TO GO THROUGH THE EXPENSE AND FRUSTRATION THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH. LESSON LEARNED!! DON'T BUY ONLINE AGAIN!!
