Harrassing phone calls

Called my approaching elderly father, he was worried. Left me a questionable message about filling "proceedings". I suspect since they did not specify "legal", it's okay.

Definitely borderline illegal practices. They have a previous permanently revoked business license in NV. Why NV let them have another I don't know. I will be contacting the State Attorneys Office.

Stephen Cooke and Richard Tilley, dba TCF & Associates, leased 2,290-square-feet of retail space within Sky Canyon Business Center from Bob Cannon.  The space is located at 38770 Sky Canyon Drive, Suite C, in Murrieta.  Lessee will be operating a counseling and credit services business at this location. Luanne Palmer of WestMar Commercial Real Estate represented both parties in the transaction.
