They call daily, let it ring three times, when I answer they hang up, when I call THEM, I get a recording saying they are closed.

I want to know how to STOP this AND how they could possibly know I do own a Macys Visa but am NEVER late on my payments.

    they call a dozen times a day and its been going on for weeks !!! i answer the phone pissed cuz they neverrrr say anything !? they finally said hello and said they needed to speak with my mum.. i said no u f#cking idiots neeeed to stop calling u call alll daaay !!! he said i need to speak with 'her name' so i just hung up it was either that or end up throwing my house phone !!! its absolutely a scam, macy's has actualllly called my house and caller idea says MACY'S !!!!!! they want ur information just to f#ck u !! DON'T FALL FOR ITTT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

    These number was calling me too and i didnt geave any info about me but hang up the phone and right away call macys
    My payment was one month late

    Just call the back of your Macy's or Bloomingdale card they will assist you. I wouldn't call back the 513-573-8028 although they maybe legit I just dealt with the number on my card

    i get 5 to 6 calls a day. I am late on my Macy's CC payment. Its annoying but my fault. They seem to start calling the day after payment was due.

    I have automatic payments and i still get 5-6 calls both my cp and house phone EVERYDAY! This is completely insane! I don't even get a single F****n call from my school loan. Seriously they're all about money! WTF i'm not giving them all of my important infos and a charge for making a payment thru phone! To hell with them! a total HARASSMENT!!!

    513.754.9822 or 513.754.9841 first they used 9841 now they are using 9822 in the past 3 weeks - 9 calls. They are persistent - HOWEVER I do not have a Macy's card nor am I outstanding on ANY ACCOUNTS !! I told them as much - I said If you know who I am - Send me something in writing to my home address and I will research it and to STOP Robo calling me and to remove my phn # .
    Does anyone know how to report these unwanted calls ?

    I simply saved their number into my iPhone and then you are able to block them lol simple

    Received two calls and when answered no one there, these stupid calls need to stop, it's harrassment in y book

    Don't answer and definitely don't call back this scam. If you call back, they'll automatically charge you a few for long distance and then a large amount per minute (the first minute is all they need to make a large sum from you). SCAM. Number might lead to outside the USA. Just block the number.

    Getting calls more than 6 times a day. My bill is paid. I don't understand . Sometimes 9:30pm. As early as ever 7am

      Amazing to see how long this has been going on.  I started getting these calls about a month ago after opening a Macy's account. The account auto pays so it never runs over.  I have never answered the call but sometimes will get for or five in a day.  Yesterday i downloaded an app called Nomorobo.  I signed up for a few one month trial.  So far it has diverted one Mason Ohio call but I've only been up and running for 12 hours. I'll let you know if it works.

    I closed my account 3 yrs ago . They continue to charge interest ! I was SO ANGRY they started hounding my parents about me not paying ! I’m a full blown adult  LOL! Once I got through to them I  went through it all AGAIN Closed my account  WHY WOULD THEY CHARGE ME INTEREST??? They ended up reversing the interest charged, and as far as I know stopped calling my 87 yr old father and 85 yr old mother.........THEY HAVE STARTED CALLING AGAIN THIS WEEK! They suck
