I asked, "who is this?"
He rudely asked again, is this ___?
I asked who is this?
This went on a third time.
I then said "goodbye."
He replied, "your mama!" and hung up

    i used to work at insight. u wouldnt believe what really goes on there...dont donate anything to them!!! they scam!!!! first off, only 15% of the money they raise goes to the actual charities. the other 85% goes to pay us, pay for the computers, office building rent, stamps, envelopes. most people dont think to ask "how much goes to the charity?" they dont accept anything lower then a $15 dollar donation, and out of that $15, only $1.50 actually goes to the charity. they set these insane quotas for us, like for example, one day we had to raise $450 worth of donations in a shift of 4 hours...we r told to lie like crazy, when people ask to be taken off the list, we hit the 'do not call' button, but that button doesnt mean [***]....it does not take u off the list. they lie about where we r from and how often we make calls. we call the same lists day after day, morning and night. they call the same lists on the morning and night shifts sometimes. i actually recognize names and addresses of the people. they lie about gift cards too. they dont actually send them out.

    the manager at the taylor office is a major [***]. his name is Charlie Meissner. He is a greedy [***]. he dont give a [***] about anything but that dollar. he is rude and fake as hell. i know they harass people and cuss at them and they do that so they can make their quotas and get their bonuses.

    if anyone has any questions, post them here and i'll tell u what i know

    when i hired in at insight we were told to say 15 % goes to the charity not true in most cases only 7% or less.They told us to rebut even if they said NO they wanted us to rebut anyway if we dident we got writen up for it or we got wrten up for lack of sales and fired.It is not right to to write someone up if the coustomer says NO ITS NOT RIGHT to fire someone for lack of sales we can't help it if the coustomer says NO TO REBUTING . after the coustomer says no i belive thats badgering and buy the way no one signed anything saying there were quotas when hired so how can a person be fired for lack of sales and also we were NOT  told of any quotas.
