I am registered on the "National do not call registry". The caller said nothing when I answered.  The caller hung-up.  This same number has phoned twice in one day. Very annoying. The name that remains on my caller ID is Startel, LLC.  Numerous complaints listed for this number.

    try getting a fax number tell them you'll send any information they need then just run a bunch of blank sheets through clog the fax machine if that don't do it for you get one of those little air horns and let it rip right through the receiver hope that helps

    I've also been getting calls from Startel, LLC  203-274-8586 almost everyday! Annoying!!

    STARTEL 203-274-8586 is continuously making harassing telephone calls and  Government DO NOT Call Number does nothing as is apparent from all the complaints.  People are paid for their incompetence and pretense to be helping the public. .
