I have received three alerts from my bank credit card for charges made by DRI AVG Technologies. I DID NOT authorize these payments. Refund now. I am notifying my credit card company about false charges and will take further actions if not satisfied.

I bought a HP Spectre x360 at walmart.com and no where it was mentioned that it was refurbished, when the package came the invoice from Walmart's partner Geek Deal also did not mention that it was refurbished, but at the back of the laptop it is stated that it is refurbished.

I did not authorize this payment and would like a refund. I don't have the product and my laptop is new so I don't need it. I did not order anything and was charged on my card on 04/25/18 $49.99. That might be automatic renewal for last year services. Please, cancel that renewal and refund my $49.99

I just found a charge of $105 in my Credit Card from DRI Kasperski lab. I do not even have Kasperski installed in my laptop.

This company convinced my wife that our computer needed cleaning, she gave them credit card information and now I am seeing a charge for $80.00 Bunch of scam artists. She thought she was contacting Microsoft. Need to shut this outfit down.
