    Double charging on my account
    King, please stop double billing me for games immediately. On November the 12 you took almost 35.00 out of my checking account. I want that money back into my Chase account immediately. I will be going back a year to see if there is more double and triple charges.

    Unauthorized charge on my debit card
    I don't appreciate the chargea to my card with out warning while I'm out of state in the hospital with my child who is getting surgery. I have very little money to live on while in here and it compromises our meals and means to return home.

    Renewal without my consent
    I purchase Bitdefender about a year ago was up for renewal was planning on getting it but they automatically took it out at Tripple the cost just got off the phone with them they resolve the issue says it renewal by default

    Charged without making a purchase to said company
