    charged more than advertised
    i was charged 34 dollars for my purchase of four posters at 2 dollars each on the 13th of march 2008 and four days later i was charged again 48 dollars on the 17th of march 2008. so could someone please help me get these guys to give my money back i only did this to get cheap posters.

    NO Customer Service
    There is no personal customer service at Amazon. No phone number, no instant chat, no problem solving. If their automated response doesn't apply, then too bad for the customer!
