- Phone call at 11:16 p.m. EDTSeductive language. Answered 1st time. Immediately called back. Did not answer 2nd call.

- Trying to serve papers in regards to a law suit.Very forceful until you tell you won't give your name or address and then they hang up on you.
- Text Message - unsolicited and suspectI received an unsolicited text from (239)376-3882 which called me by name in CAPS and said, "this is Michael Davis form the Mediation Department. It is imperative that you contact my office at 888-399-2490. I don't have unpaid debt so I believe this to be a scam intended to get personal info....
- scam/phishingI received a text from a Robert Whitman as well with the same text as many have posted. Since no company was named, I suspected it to be fraud. Thanks all for the confirmation.

- Unsolicited phone callsThis company in California calls at least 3 times a day and hangs up when the voice mail kicks in.
- Conducting a nationwide survey per voice mail.On May 8, 2023 at 2:39pm Caller ID number was 404-806-4812. Male voice left message requesting a callback to 1-877-220-4805. Same caller ID called again at 6:10pm, no message and again May 9, 2023 at 8:23pm. No idea where this person got my number from. SPAM?
- Call then hang upReceived call from 716-215-2093. Recording says very important message then switches to live call when you say hello they hang up. Very annoying.
