Unsolicited Phone Calls

Got a call from 850-213-6830 said they were Paypal and there was fraud on my account. They were trying to get some info. Reported to Paypal, no charge on my account I did not recognize. Never give out info on the phone. Investigating the phone number led me to Level 3 Communications LLC in Florida.
