multiple calls claiming a potential civil action against meongoing calls to my family members and me threatening a "potential civil action case against me" I have seen that this is an ongoing scam and wanted to contribute to the complaints in hope of resolution since it appears to have been going on for years. I have not had any magazine subscriptions.- Threatening CallsI have been receiving threatening phone calls issuing a threat that they have repeatedly tried calling me and if I didn't return their call I was going to be arrested by the FBI for several crimes I have committed.

- called at 1:20AM Friday morning.. Wtf!!!!Bad enough they call 100x's a week and have figured out how to use local area codes when they are calling from flipping 10,000 miles away.. But to call at 1:20 in the F***ING morning..

- Annoying!!!These people are relentless with the phone calls! If you don't answer, they call from a million different numbers! I have a whole list of blocked calls just from them.

- Calls saying I can reduce my interest rate. HOWEVER, I do not use credit cards.After about a year's worth of asking this company to go away and never call me again, I was able to file a complaint that led to the government putting my call off limits to credit card service companies. I was then freed from your calls for a year or so. Now, however, the calls are coming again....
