I have received six calls in the last month from Card Holder Services wanting to lower my APR on my credit cards. I am on the do not call list. Two calls back I talked with a representative and told them I was on the do not call list and please remove my number from their solicitation list. I also said I would take legal action if they called again. Well, they called today!

    here i go again .....card holder services .... this co. is run by terremark co. ,,  terremark  is owned and operated by .....................guess who...........VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS INC.    the CEO is lowell c. Mcadam   he has no phone number that i could find otherwise i would call him....... next best is to talk with his "mouthpiece" name...."..demetrius polinick "  call him at the following number and tell him whats been happening with CHS  ie: terremark co.  and that you want all of the calls to stop now ,,,, or you will sue everyone and anyone involved including the CEO of verizon...  i did this approx. 6 or 8 weeks ago and it has worked fine NO MORE CALLS from CHS .................  ask for DEMETRIUS POLINICK  at  1-888-483-7770       good luck.....it worked for          ME

    This information is not correct, I called Mr. Polinick and Verizon does own Terremark, but they are both telecom companies...they do not own Cardholder Services. I did find this information on another webiste....I just got off the phone with these lovely people, having BS'd my way into actually being permitted to talk to a "senior account representative" by feeding the sale rep a fake credit card number (google "Graham king credit card numbers" to find a page of randomly-generated invalid numbers with valid CC-number format. Use with any random card exp. date and fake name).
    The "details" of their offer are that they're going to charge $600 to your credit card, based on the promise of saving you at least $1,200 in interest, by allegedly lowering your interest rates to some absurd amount like 0.9%. So, $600 up front, but "savings eternal". Yeah right.
    Having BS'd the rep into thinking he was about to close the sale, I asked him for the company information...and he gave it to me! LOL.

    Received a call today on my husbands phone from 971-220-1032.  He stayed on the line to try to get removed from their calling list.  He asked them for a phone number that he could call to file a complaint.  The scum bag on the other end of the phone asked my husband if he killed Trevon Martin.  What the heck was that all about?  Of course the caller hung up as they always do when you try to get removed from their calling list.

    The Justice Dept. has had them in court many times. The last time it put them out of business with the heavy finds. The company sold the equipment to someone else and it started all over again. It is a hard one for the FTC to stop but they know all about Rachel and are doing every thing they can to stop Card Holders Services.

    Call the fraud division of your card issuer and lodge your complaint. When they receive enough calls they will discontinue accepting charges and issuing credits to these thieves.

    Obama should be so lucky to have  private line service so that he does not have to listen to this BS.
    Tried many times but to no good.  Will get a police whistle and use it next time I get  person to answer.
