Carolyn with the "Processing Division", left me a message stating a complaint has been filed against me and that I should call back to 888-468-0021 with my personal identification information and papers ready.  She called from 919-336-0019 NC, USA.  Obviously a scam since I was directed to an 888 number.  I'm not going to bother with a response.

I have actually called the Verizon company to confirm the account that the "Legal office" claimed that I once had, turned out to be true that I did have a landline with the company once upon a time that linked to my husband as well. Long story short since Verizon stated that they have the account I went ahead and closed the account out with a $485.87 payment which was originally in the amount of $800 and some odd number. I checked my report & sure enough they were no longer on my credit like they promised me.

They tried to screw with me in 2015. I figured it out right away, and played them. I said "No problem. Where do I need to deliver the cash to?" They tried to do that mail order crap and other options. I said Nope, I want to hand deliver it to someone and get a receipt for it. Then they tried to say the mail order was my proof. I asked what address they wanted the money delivered to, and they gave me a Manhattan address. I said cool! One of my offices is just down the street from you, I'll have one of my assistants deliver it to you. Which suite are you in? CLICK! I wasted about an hour of their time.

I just had one of these pricks call me.  They disconnected the first time so I called them back to tell them to remove me from their calling list.  They claimed they didn't have a calling list and it was the result of some complaint... I told the lady I knew the scam and started to tell her off before she disconnected again. It was my lunch hour, so I kept calling back to continue harassing her. After about 20 or 30 calls, they deactivated/disconnected the number.

      SickOfScammers!
People from United Processing Services keep calling and asking for me by my maiden name.  Said they sent notifications to an address I do not live at.  Gave phone and reference numbers so I could find out what it was all about.  I've dealt with UPS through my employer and they are a complete scam!
I wish I knew how to make these people STOP!  There's nothing out there against me!

Caller ID show Pierce K, phone number 919-261-6689.  I let it go to my answering machine   Said he was from 'United Processing Services', and that if I didn't call back to 951-800-2282, that I would be arrested for refusal to pick up legal paperwork.  Umm no, I'm not that stupid.  So a warning, do not fall for this scam.  Legal paperwork, depending on what it is, can be sent certified mail or via sheriff dept.  Just letting you all know so you don't fall for this bs.

They called me with the 'call back reference number' bit. I had them pegged right away.  When they asked to speak to me I kinda acted a bit choked up and said "No, this isn't him but it's his phone. I guess you haven't heard......Mr RotRoh passed away a couple days ago." LMAO, then I went into a story about him getting into a shootout with the police......she hung up. ROFLMAO

Just got a call from United Processing Services(restricted number). Woman said her name is Rita Cavagnaro. She said there was a complaint filed against me. She asked if I had received the summons yesterday. I said no. She then asked for me to verify the last 4 of my social to which I replied I wasn't comfortable giving out that information. She then went on to say this was a courtesy call before they come out tomorrow. She then gave me the number 832-662-6104 to call with an account number of "CV80341" to give to them. I am glad I googled before calling this number now knowing this is a scam. Please feel free to call the number she gave me and do as you please. Upon calling them back saying I was lead detective for the Fraud Department of Clearwater PD, I was told that the number was a personal cell number and then it immediately went to voicemail after that. I tried calling 6 more times at least. What's funny is upon calling the number the first time, it played the same hold music the second time when it was allegedly a cell number. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Well, they called me today, and I think this same service has called me multiple times. At first I freaked out and went to my bank, because I didn’t have enough money to pay them. This call said they were filing a court case tomorrow if I didn’t return the call right away. Yeah. When they got me the first time my banker explained it was a scam. They told me they were collecting on a citi bank credit card that I last paid on in 2012. My banker called citi bank, they had no record of me ever having a credit card with them, and told me the only collections agency they use was... I forget the name, but I hunted them down and they didn’t have any record either. They did search sold off files and found me there but told me not to give money to whoever is calling. I worried for a while that 5his was going to show up on my credit report, but never did. This time it was a woman named Sandra, no last name, and the number was 866.987.1717.  Glad I found this board.
