Please look into the background of anyone to make sure they're legit. There's ripoff warnings, a bbb complaint and court house legal drama in connection to Jim Shead coaching services being a scam. One court house saga in connection to Jim Shead coaching services can be viewed here: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mnd-0_0 ... -cv-01686-0.pdf

Please look into the background of Jim Shead or anyone else before handing your money over for "coaching" services to assure they aren't a professional scam artist. Words are great, but actions speak louder. I would personally feel more comfortable handing my money over to be a party to do an actual real estate deal.

Jim Shead travels around the world doing his scam coaching services. So far, there's only one "Jim Shead" real estate coach that has an online presence. Every time I google "Jim Shead" real estate, all the links that come up are regarding this one individual.

Here is the interesting thing Duncan - and why you attack someone whose event's you've never been to, is that you have 10X more complaints against you than Jim has.  Oh, forgot to mention that didn't you.  Please Google Duncan Weirman Scam before you buy into any of his slander against other speakers.

This proves that Rob Provenzano and Jim Shead are scam artists. Rob uses a false internet name to comment against people that they scam. This is exactly what Jim Says they don't do. This is 100% proof!!!!!

What mostly we have here is simply greed. I have attended some seminars by Jim Shead and let me tell you he sure can talk. I have read all the posts others and the reply he posted here and it should tell you how well he can speak. Remember though saying something and doing something ARE two different things. What he says is way different than what he does. I was at a seminar where he claimed he wanted to start into an area, hook up with some REIAs and that he even had Canadian contacts. He brought videos and extra items. I admit he was good at speaking, but so are others. In the end he took the kindness of the locals and decided to take for himself and take whomever else he could have blindly follow him. He set up no real structure, just took what was already set up in the area and took it for his own and claiming he built it. He took people and is now using them until he will be done needing them.

Do I blame only him? No! I also blame those who left their respective place for greed in hopes to make more of a buck. I went to see Jim and I grant you he made me believe, but when I got to see and know what he was really doing, I wouldn’t recommend anyone work with him. A warning to all-no REIA is absolutely perfect and anyone telling or saying it is that should be your first clue that it is a sham. I don’t care if anyone on here believes me on either side of the isle of this argument. It is what I know and saw! What I know for now is as long as Jim is the way he is (I do like to try and find the good in people even when they are wrong) I will make sure to tell anyone I know that is thinking of joining him in business, doing deals with, or going to his seminar to stay away and don’t bite. Find someone who will have your best interest in mind and want to work with you to make YOU better at real estate deals, and as of now Jim Shead isn’t one of those people.

So Truth, how about some.  You have never been to one of our events - if you had you would have gotten the details correct - which you weren't even close on.

Any area Jim goes into, and no I am not Jim, but I do work with him, we establish a fully supported infrastructure.  Is it perfect, no it is not - and that's one of the first things we tell people.

We initially tried to work with a local REIA in Charleston who promised they could bring people to events.  They couldn't.  Then when their keynote speaker cancelled at the last minute they begged Jim to bail them out and promised a certain number of registrations.  He did, and they lied.  We even ran another event with them where they promised they could put people in a room - they lied again.  They then asked us to run our own event and prove we knew what we were doing when it came to marketing.  We put over 70 people in that room and donated all the proceeds to charity - Clause for Cause - which pissed them off immensely.  Since then we were encouraged to go out on our own - which we never planned to do, and were repeatedly slandered by the REIA and Duncan Weirman - who has a pretty bad rep himself.  Don't believe me - google him.

Does Jim promote internationally including Canada - yes he does: https://www.facebook.com/canadianinvestorsassociation?fref=ts  There's the link.

Want to come to a meeting and see for yourself?  It's free - what have you got to lose?

This isn't Jim, it's Rob Provenzano.

Guys; "Jim and Rob" ....of you ever want to Scam anyone again and I bad deals, don't spend a year with someone training them on everything about you. You did that with us. I'm not the only one who has awakened to this. Everyone else seen it, heard it, straight out of both your mouths. Therefore there is no reason to try and lie and mislead or manipulate anyone of us anymore. All of us know what you did.

Here's the deal; you can't go around acting like a skunk without someone catching wind of you." And there is always damage everytime you scam someone of fraud them.  This is why Jim has a google alert set up for Jim Shead Scam. He expects this to happen all the time. You got what you got. You will get no more. We all know what you did. You took what you could under false pretenses. Shame on you Both.

Hi Rob! Err... I laugh at your fake name being "Biff". Ha ha ha. Thats great. Hilarious.

Truth... Whoever that is. Is being truthful. Another thing Rob, you brought him to us in Charleston. To believe you were a friend. That's not what friends do.

Also, what you say above is false, without the list we gave for a JV, you had roughly 15 people in a room of 70. And the reason why they came out to see Jim, was because he was a new flavor. People like new things. Period. It wasn't because we don't know how to market, or because people don't like me personally, if that was the case, they have other groups in our area to attend. The fact comes down to you guys had no clue other than social networking, which is what you do for Jim. And you aren't good enough to fill a room. Neither is Jim. Here lies the problem for you two as an organization. Men other of you know how to fill a room. Therefore you must scam
Producers of events Just like Jim scammed you as a producer up in Canada. I love his famous words he likes to say when he tells that story about meeting you. The quote should have alarmed us from the beginning. "You know I'm about to [***] you right?" Jim is notorious for saying this quote. Also, Jason's comment earlier about another Jim Shead quote is true as well. Jim's other quote: "you have to sell your mother to be a speaker" was the true quote. It had nothing to do with any reia other than he used that quite to belittle our newer speakers to make them believe they could t do it on their own. It was a terribly suppressive comment that Jim uses on people. Just like he said earlier in a post that "people do t like Robert" ...as if that has any bearing on anything.

Bottom line, you can't trust anything that he says. He talks about people using fake profile but let me assure you, Rob, you are certainly to Biff, Buff, air anything close to that. You follow around Jim like a lost dog. Go rent the movie called: D-Train with Jack Black. This is a perfect case study for you. You are essentially Jack Blacks character.

Biff, aka: Rob Provenzano lied above when he said that they have a structure and full systems as an organization. This is a lie. Jim uses the companies: American Investor Association and Canadian Investors Association as ways to make himself familiar with the reia model. This is the perception that he wants people to have in order to gain their trust. He sells $800 dollar memberships for something that simply does not exist. He thinks this is funny.

Jim Shead is one of the worst scam artists around.  Beware!  Keeps saying his events are free but tries to reel you in to buy premier package for $25k.  What a joke.

Oh, it gets Wayyy better than that. During his pitch he tells everyone that he only fly's first class to all of his events. Even though he shows up in his daughters beat up car. It's totally insane. And people go for it. I learnt a lot from Jim about what not to do. He also taught me a lot as well. We paid dearly for it. That's a fact. Jim may come in with his book size posts to say whatever he wants to slander the people he scammed. This is typical. He tried to actually make me feel good about him scamming us. What a joke. This is total and typical scam artist style. The best of the best. Way to go Jim! I know you like to hear me praise you on your scammer skills. I know you get-off on stuff like this. It makes me smile to know that. We all see you for what you are. You showed us. Therefore this is not my fault or the fault of our organization. It's yours for perceiving our kindness as a weakness. Brother, if you haven't noticed, I have no shame. I am a sheepdog and we refuse to raise wolves. You are not welcome in Charleston, or anywhere else anymore. These posts will serve to educate everyone else on your manifestations. I know you will try to rebuttal with a book load of text and try to make yourself look like a victim. Matter of fact, we are ALL interested in seeing how you handle this as we are looking to see your next way of skirting what you have done. What's the next trick???? Teach us more on how to manipulate people.

It comes in a 4-5 part series. He invited you in with free food and targets low income people. A bus series will follow after a meeting or two and then he does his take-away. Which means you have to pay 25-35,000 to keep him after he purposes that he will leave. It's called the "take-away".

Wow, the truth has finally come about Jim Shead. I'm surprised no one has mentioned Tony Larsen, who was his partner from Utah when they were around the SoCal area selling houses under the US Property Tour. At the time, there was no information on the internet about them. I was taken for $5k, for a resort project in Darfusky he was working on. I was buying a half share in a rental that was going to be rehabbed and sold when he got the resort back up and running. I told him I wasn't interested in his $25k training but was interested in a half share of the rental. he took my money but signed the contract as a down on training and "interested in Darfusky". I never heard from them again and they never came to our area since. Long story short, I found him on Facebook, friended him, and asked him about my money. He said he was going out of town but to send him a copy of my contract and he would look into it. I sent him the copy and he has ignored all correspondence with me since then.

I also contacted Tony Larsen and he refused to refund me my money but offered to sell me a house and "deduct the $5k off the price". Yeah right!
