I was sent an email to try the Colon Cure for free, just pay shipping and handling of $3.95. Not only did I never receive the product, they charged my card for $89.30 the following week! The phone numbers that they have listed are all non-working numbers

    Call your bank immediately to notify them that the charge is fraudulent, and to close that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.

    Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charge sent to your bank.  You must make sure they receive this written dispute within 60 days of the statement showing the fraudulent charge, so send it immediately, and send it certified, to the dispute address on the back of your bank statement.  

    In addition, file complaints with FTC, Nevada AG, your state AG, and BBB.

    Do NOT use debit or check cards.  Cancel any you have.  Use only credit cards at on-line or retail merchants, since it is less disruptive to cancel them after a security breach.  Use checks only with rent, mortgage, or utilities, etc. (companies that you know).  Use ATM cards with PIN only at your bank's ATM machines.

    Thank you for posting this message.  The very same thing has happened to me.  When I called re: my account being charged fradulently they gave me a confirmation number for a refund telling me it would take 22 days.  I called back the second time and was told that my refund was never processed only confirmed.  You must call twice to start the refund processing- and I was given another confirmation number.  I called another number that I found on their web site which sounds to be answered by a guy in his home. I was told that my name had been deleted from their records and he would need my credit card number to look me up.  He never would give me his name.  I was on the phone to the Las Vegas Attorney Generals office yesterday and while we were on the phone - they received 2 complaints.  I was told that they do investigate the complaints and we will be notified as to an outcome.  Did you ever get your money back ?  thanks very much - please keep me posted.  Also- do you have addresses for the FTC?  I don't know what state you are in.  I am in Texas.

    I also was ripped off by nubodi. An e-mail to send 30 day suplly of the product colon cure for 3.95 shipping and handling. Was sent a 14 day supply and was told only by the paper inserted within the product I needed to call in 14 days to cancel a shipment they would automatically send for 89.00. The line was always busy or said they were experiencing a large volume of calls to call back later. Never got through and now I have 2 charges of 89.00 on my checking account. It also said it would autimatically charge every 45 days for more product. I still cannot reach them and my 2 charges were made on 2/4/08 and 7 days later on 2/11/2008. My bank will not cancel the charges and want me to send back the product with a tracking number. How can I send it back without having the product. I am furious and wish I could get my hands on someone at nubodi. I am out 180.00 dollars I have not received, do not want and am afraid they will keep billing me. They ruined my bank account and now the hassle of trying to reach them and start cancelling my card and other charges to correct the matter.

    Here's perhaps something for folks to avoid being ripped off.  Every time I see a good offer on the internet I treat it skeptically, knowing the potential for fraud.  So before I order anything I do a search on the internet for the product.  I received an e-mail about this colon clear product too.  I thought it sounded great and of course 3.95 doesn't sound like much to invest.  But I decided to do an internet search on the product anyway and low and behold I came across all these complaints.  Needless to say, I won't be ordering so I've completely averted all the headaches you're all experiencing.  Guess that's why they . . . experience is the best teacher.  Take those few minutes to research what you're ordering first, it will save you lots of headaches.  That's my advice.

    they got me too! had to change my card out at the bank. they bank will dispute it as long as you send the product back. Just one more dummy.

    I GUESS I WAS STUPID TO. I DID'NT GET ANY PAPERS IN WITH THE FREE TRIAL.
    I NOTICE ON MY CREDIT CARD THERE WAS A CHARGE 89.00.
    I WAS NEVER NOTIFY IF I WANTED TO ORDER ANYMORE.
    I NEVER RECIEVED THE PRODUCT. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD CO.
    THEY TELL ME ALL THEY CAN DO IS SEND THE COMPANY A DISPUTE LETTER.
    AND I WILL GET A LETTER FOR ME TO SEND BACK WITH INFORMATION THEY NEED TO DO THIS.IN THE MEAN TIME THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY SAID THEY CAN'T STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM CHARGING MY CARD. THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW. IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT A COMPANY RIPPING YOU OFF.THE BANK WII STILL KEEP ON PAYING.
    I'M CALLING EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. ABOUT THIS COMPANY & the credit card co.the bank has no write to tell you they can't cancel these people from your card.  if you have anymore ideas  or there was something you did please
    let me know these people should not beable to sell there idems. and rip us off.     PUT THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSSINESS NOW..........

    I also got stuck- i bank at Wells Fargo and in the mist of trying to get this worked out I did cancel my debit card so they can't change me any more the people after calling many times and waiting for hours at a time said too bad . Called me a liar and were totaly rude I know that everyone calling is going threw the same thing. They cannot charge me again and I'm having the bank try to help me -I havent recieved the product at all and will not accept it when it does come if it does. Lets call the better bussiness buero.

    They got me too. I knew nothing about a monthly charge. I went back on their website and found it under "Terms" at the bottom of the page. I have been trying to call them for days and cannot get through. I just filed an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau at https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx. Please do the same, maybe if we all complain, we can get our situations resolved!

    They got me too.  I called them and got through. After I told them about this site online and all the complaints, they stated they would void the transaction.  And of course cancel my order.  They billed my account $89.31. Lets see if the transaction is voided.... I also filed an online complaint w/ the BBB

    Thank you everyone out there for the info. I thought I was alone, the same has happened to me. I should have looked into this purchas a little more closely, although I have never had an issue of items I bought over the internet before. I got alot of good advice. Thank you again...

    I just got by these deliquents to. By viewing all of your complaints I am now on the line with my bank as we speak and the BBB is next. I only got the trial and never saw any inserts either . I do appreciate all of the wisdom from you all and I won't be fooled by small S& H fees ever again.

    Now that I'm aware of this...I waited for 3 weeks for a refund before I came across this site.  I contacted my bank requesting phone and address information on Nubodi.  I also asked them to warn other customers about fradulent charges, especially since that's supposed to be one of their services.

    I also had this happen to me, these people are not on the up and up.  They are nothing but scam artists.  I have heard and read nothing good about them.  BE CAREFUL!  Their phone representatives are incredibly rude and un-responsive.  If you leave a message = be prepared to get your phone records to proof it to them, as they are going to do ANYTHING to keep your money!

    I submitted a complaint too.  First time EVER in my 50 years of life that I have had to complain to a BBB.  People, beware!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!

    Well, I wish i didn't have to write this but I too have been scammed.  Tried to call the company but to no avail.  First time I had this happen!  I wish I saw this site first.  Have any of you got any results/refunds?  I sent my complaint to the BBB and now I'm off to the bank!  Good Luck to all :)

    I was taken by this scam and complained to my credit card co. twice
    Union Plus Credit Card and they paid the charges 3.95 plus 55.63.
    Now I will cancel my account because I am afraid they will continue to
    pay these crook.
    Also I have sent a complaint to www.FTC.Gov.and they received thecomplaint.
    Today 03/25/08 I received the trial order the transaction date was
    02/21/08 and my account has already been charged.
