I was sent an email to try the Colon Cure for free, just pay shipping and handling of $3.95. Not only did I never receive the product, they charged my card for $89.30 the following week! The phone numbers that they have listed are all non-working numbers

    I was also just scammed...  I was charged 89.31 for a product I never received.   I was on hold for 30 min. waiting for custmer service to cancel.  They said that they have cancelled the account but they can not issue refunds.  Do not order NuBodi products for any trial or you will be scammed also.

    I was also scammed the same thing just happened to me with the trail and a 89.31 dollar charge that is non-refundable.

    I too was taken for a ride with this company and they charged my account and never sent the product and I was unable to get a phone number to call them as it was not listed on my statement.  I have closed that account but I was just wondering if anyone has been able to recover any of their funds that this nubodi scam company took.  Please let me know. thanks

    I too have been scammed. I have not even received the product. but they have my checking account. I cannot reach them either. I have been diagnosed with stomach cancer and need all the money I can get now. This is such a scam. Why isn't someone doing something?     i also tried this product and was told to pay just for the shippling and handling when a couple of days later they debited my account for 89.31 then additional $14.09. i now changed my account information and trying to dispute this charges.

    I have been scammed also and complained to the Attorney General in my
    state.The Atty General was succesful in getting the charges returned.

    I can't believe I did this. I believed they were on the up and up because they were giving a free sample of thier product. I should have known something was wrong, after I recieved my sample and it didn't have a packing list. They have charged my bank card twice.  I still have not been able to reach anyone by phone.People please becareful!!

    It's a total SCAM! I was charged $89.31 also and when I called to cancel they did, but would not give me a refund because "the contract I agreed to"! What contract?? Every company has a return refund policy if the product is unopened, so this is total BS! Many even give you a full refund if you're unsatisfied in any way. I'm going to try to get my credit union to remove it, but in the meantime I think that we should all make youtube type videos and try to shame them into giving us our money back. I'm going to start working on my video this weekend.

    I also requested the free trial offer for Colon Cure without realizing that I had aggreed to being charged $89.31 for a automatic shipment after 15 days.  This is a SCAM! They offer the free trial and trick you by requiring that you aggree to their purchase aggreement. They're counting on you not reading the fine print.  The product, Colon Cure, is not worth $89.31!  I bought a product at Wal Mart for around $3 to $5 that has the very same ingredients plus and it's alot better quality.  They are ripping people off!  Do not give these people your credit card information and if you have,cancel your card!  File complaints on them with the FTC and BBB.  They cannot force people to buy their products.  I called them and canceled after 15 days because I discovered a charge of $89.31 on my bank account.  I called and requested to speak to a supervisor that refused to give a refund because the product had supposedly been shipped.  I told him that I did not want the product[!!!!] and if I did recieve it,I would refuse it having the Post Office return it to them unopened. I also insisted that he could force anyone to buy something that they did not want.  I demanded that he refund my money and give me a conformation number comfirming the refund.  He tried to use the purchase aggreement being accepted as an excuse that he couldn't refund my money.  I told him  that I was not paying for something that I did not want!!!, that the product was in no way worth $89.31 and paying for it!!!,it's bad business to try and force people to pay for something that they do not want!!!,I would not accept it if I ever did get it!!!,that there were already complaints on the net about their product and there would be more!!!,I would be reporting them to the FTC and the BBB because they are ripping people off and then I demanded that he confirm that it had been shipped and if so that he give me the tracking number(they have that info).  He said he would refund my money and gave me a comformation number.  I will get my money back!!!  Don't let these people rip you or anyone else off!  They need to be shut down!!!

    Thanks I hope I caught this in time well see. I just closed my card out so they can't charge me I hope the bank is going to be watching for this to see if they try and charge me,I hope I cancealed it in time,I called the nubodi co. and cancealed and then called the bank.

    NEVER ORDERED, BUT SOMEHOW THEY HAVE DEBIT CARD NUMBER AND HAVE CHARGE ACCOUNT TWICE.  BANK WILL DO NOTHING, MAYBE THE BANK HAS A PRIVATE BUSINESS GOING ON?

    I also was scammed by this and they sent me the 3.95 bottle and they billed me for that and then the next thing I know they billed my account $89.31.  This is a scam and I never received anything for this amount.   Maybe we should call the Attorney General.

    A complete scam. Cancellations promised but not honored. Two $89.31 billings. Frustrating calls to customer service (what a misnomer that is). Complaints filed with BBB and Nevada attorney general. Credit card cancelled and reissued. This company absolutely sucks. A well run scam organization. Be careful -- DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    They got me too!  same as all the rest.  3.95 trial cost me 89.31 Plus a .71 for Foreign Transaction Fees.  I am still in the process of getting it stopped.

    i received the sample bottle, and took the caps for 7 days. they did absolutely NOTHING. you can buy very similar products at the drug stor for about $10.00. i was lucky to get a person on the phone to cancel. i`m waiting to see if i get chargrd the 89 dollars. if i am charged i will sue their ass.

    I check my accounts on line everyday, once I spotted the charge for nubodi
    called bank stopped payment for fraud. The best $25. I ever spent.Sister
    was'nt so lucky, she was billed twice, same thing no product.Bank says it
    will file a dispute, big deal that's not helping getting refunds.I ever put complaint into Oprah show where we seen the product, they should have had it checked before airing it.

    I reported they to BBB as advised by someone here.  This is just the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.  First of all, the trial sample didn't arrived until after they had already placed the second charge.  What 14-day trial period?  They did this on purpose.  I hope they end up in jail.
