I was sent an email to try the Colon Cure for free, just pay shipping and handling of $3.95. Not only did I never receive the product, they charged my card for $89.30 the following week! The phone numbers that they have listed are all non-working numbers

    Same old thing. Reported it to Better Business and will also file a report with Postmaster Generals office.

    The same thing happened to me yesterday, I want to call an attorney, I think we should file a class action suit!!!

    I was charged $89.31 also and when I called they said it could not be refunded......However I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Las Vegas, NV and after the complaint was filed I was refunded the $89.31.
    You might try it!  Good Luck!

    I ordered 1 bottle @ $3.95 and the company autoshipped me for $89.31 twice. Once from Las Vegas (white package) then from Ft Lauderdale ( canary package).  Neither Colon Cure or NuBodi appeared on the shipping label so that I had to open the package to determine contents.  
    They then refused to refund the charges.  One of the bottles was broken in shipment and they still would not refund my card.
    Do not buy this product.
    Also, this company either uses or has sold my personal information along with the last four digits of my credit card to 3rd parties who are not calling me and emailing me.
    I am filing formal complaints.

    I Ask them not to send me the product but they did anyway.  Now I can not get through to cancel the order do you have another number I can call. Please help me I been dailing the number all day.

    On 6/27/08 I unwisely used my credit card to pay for shipping and handling for a trial offer of Colon Cure. I received the product about 7 days later and about 3 days after I received what appeared to be a shipment of the product.

    I looked at my statement and noticed that my credit card was charged $89.31 on 7/13. I tried to call the phone number on the product which is 801-208-7485 and it is an unworkable number. I returned the product on 7/16/08 I am encouraged when I see all these complaints because I felt I was the only fool who did that. I have contacted BBB and I wrote 2 letters to these crooks one to the Nevada address and the other to the Florida address. I also had to close my credit card account. I had to call my credit card company three times to get some action. These crooks should not get away free, they should be locked up. I am a diabtic and I can hardly afford to buy my medicines and these bloodsuckers want to rip me off.

    i ASKED ABOUT APIA INC B/C I THINK THEY SCAMMED MY NEPHEW OUT OF 50.00 BUT MORE COULD BE COMING B/C HE PAID WITH HIS DEBIT CARD. HE CALLED THEM AT THEIR NUMBER THEY GAVE HIM ANOTHER NUMBER TO CALL TO LISTEN TO A RECORDING THEN HE COULD ONLY TEXT TO THEM A CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT THE FIRST NUMBER GAVE HIM. PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

    Well, I totally agree, I just got ripped off too, I wish I would have seen this site before I fell for their scam. I notified the bbb and my bank but i just got my statement today so haven't heard anything back. what kind of business is this? I am wondering now what I even put in my body when I took the trial pills. Something should be done, how and why are they getting away with it?

    Big scam do not purchase from this company ! the product does not work and getting them to cancle is like pulling teeth! they got me also, I am seeking legal advice and have filed thru the BBB I wish everyone else here would also it only takes 10 minutes. The BBB already has them on file! good luck everyone. They steal our money then take it back accross the pond to give to their family then they come back and get more and so on.When are we americans going to put a stop to this kind of thing?

    I guess I was ripped off too.  this so called business is a scam from the start, the time table they give you starts right at the time they say they mailed the product, didn't matter how long it took to get the stuff, but you don't get 14 days to try it, then you call and there not open or they are busy with alot of customers call volume yah probably calling to cancel. anyway yes they took my money and i called my bank to file a claim for $89.31 and i didn't even get the product. i hope someone does something about it, and yes i'll sign a class action please email if one is started. vickyblu@verizon.net
