This is a total fraud. Does not clarify that the trial product will cost you $90 plus, and that you r enrolled in a monthly membership, all of this without your consent. The product does not work as their advertising proposes.  I will be reporting this company to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I've the same problem with this REJOUVANCE company. My credit card was charged $4.99 for trial offer. The product came. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $89.92 again. I tried to contact their phone number as shown on credit card 800-879-4828 and this number has been disconnected. I've filed the dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY with this company!

I am reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for bait and switch and Homeland security for malware used to get around my pop up blocker software. I ordered this for my wife as a surprise and it turned out to be a bigger surprise than I was expecting. They offered me a $50 refund if you can believe it. Scumbags.

Everyone should write to Facebook and demand that they cancel advertising those products. In the add they say this cream needed to be  used in conjunction with the Kollagen (of course to make more money). Facebook shouldn't be advertising a dishonest Co and a bogus deal.

I was also charged $4.99 for trial offer.  Then two weeks later $89.92  out of my account!  This is a scam!  Now I have to go to the bank and Stop any transactions from my debt card and apply for a new card. The bank said this is the only way to stop them from charging me over and over again! Oh yeah the number they give you is not in service!

I did NOT even order this product! On February 1, 2013, I got a pop up that I had won a "FREE" prize - there was no mention of any cost other than $4.99 for the shipping and handling which I thought was high, but paid that anyway. Weeks later my husband informed me that $89.92 had been taken out of our account. My husband has been out of work for two months and we were and still are struggling to get by - so that $90.00 dollars being taken from our account pretty much cleaned us out!

My husband called to tell them he wanted our money back and that we NEVER wanted their product. They offered to give him back $44.96 of the $89.92. My husband told them that was unacceptable. They finally agreed to return $44.96 to our account, and would return the remainder when we sent back their product. It cost another $2.75 to return their product.

Don't believe anything this company tells you - nothing is FREE. It was my opinion that when you win something and you are told that it is free there is no cost what so ever - not even postage and handling! I don't even read any of those "Congratulations you have won" things anymore that have begun to pop up. I'm not even sure how their pop ups show up because I have pop ups blocked on my computer.  I will NEVER purchase anything made by this company and would advice others to STAY AWAY from this company too!

Here is the number I was given by them in my email for customer service if anyone needs it to complain, it was terribly hard for us to find it: 1-888-899-1545

I have had the  same experience as everyone else and it is a scam. Have contacted my c/c/ company and they are going to try to block any future charges but no promise. Guess I will request another c/c. Thanks for the # . Hopefully I can get in touch during operation hours! Good luck and a lesson learned

My case is a duplicate of yours.  They have offered to refund $44.96 and refuse to refund the balance.  How did your husband get a full refund?

I had the same experience as "Joy", except they told me it would cost me $29.95 "restocking fee" if I returned it; so I might as well keep it and they would credit my card with the balance of $59.97.  Total fraud!  I hope somebody brings a class-action lawsuit against them.

We mailed the product back the day my husband called them. We were told when they received the product they would put the money back into our bank. That has been 10 days ago and they still have not returned the money. They now claim we were suppose to get a tracking number. They never told us that - they gave us a number to put on the package that was suppose to make sure we got our money back - but this number now is of no good to us. This company has done nothing but lie. I turned them into the BBB and the BBB has even failed to contact me with any response.

I too wish someone would bring a class-action lawsuit against this company. They are a total fraud and I feel they take advantage of people in our country that are already being taken advantage of so many businesses that now believe they can get away with these tactics, because the problem in our country is that they do in fact keep getting away with it.

I am going to keep bugging this company until they refund my money - even if I have to do this EVERYDAY for the rest of my life, and I will continue to spread this companies tactics to anyone that will listen so this does not happen to another person!

Wish i would have read this two weeks ago. I sent the trail offer and was told it would be $35.00 a month with a full money back promise. So yes they took the 4.95 from my acct and in less than two weeks they have taken more. I will change my card number.

Interesting called the 1-888-899-1545 #. Talked to "ella" who states that my account will not be charged anything until the end of free try period. That will be March 29. Refused to give me an address. Told me to call back then and they will proceed with process. My feelings are that any free product remains free and paying shipping and handling is paying for this first sample. I will be changing my visa # but will not be sending anything anywhere unless they pay for it.

Sherri, read my posting. I put some new numbers and address there. Write to Facebook and ask them to take out their adds and not to promote this bogus product.

I too was scamed by this company, no where did it say they would charge me $89.92 for this product, all it said was they would send me a complimentary sample for $4.99. shipping and handling which they took out of my account too. So this product cost me $95.00. Plus I put it on my debit card so it was taken out of my checking account which left me overdrawn and the bank charged me $28.00

Everyone should complain to the Better Business Bureau of Nevada, because this company is in Las Vegas, thats what I did. This company has only been in business since January 2013,  they need to be shut down.

Brenda, are you sure it's in Nevada? An hour ago, I did call "Ella" and talked to her and demanded the return address so I could send the cream back after a shouting match with her. The address she "generated" to me was in Michigan. 2619 INDUSTRIAL ROW DRIVE, TROY, MICHIGAN 48084. Their other phone # is 1-888-899-1545 or 1-877-286-0845. This is so outrageously dishonest.

I too, was ripped off by these scam artists. I am trying to pry the second have of my refund out of these [***] for over a week now. I sent their garbage back to them unopened and they keep saying "we'll process the refund when it gets in our warehouse". I told them screw that I don't care, thats not my concern, the return of my money is my only concern. At this point I am willing to start a class action lawsuit against MPS labs, the owner of the trademark. Anyone willing to contact me and help shut these [***] down?
