This is a total fraud. Does not clarify that the trial product will cost you $90 plus, and that you r enrolled in a monthly membership, all of this without your consent. The product does not work as their advertising proposes.  I will be reporting this company to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

    Wow nobody reads? I read everything BEFORE I even thought of giving my cc and I looked on line for complaints...seems like the only complaints are because no one read the terms and conditions for this product....No complains about the use of the product at ALL...so Beauty is Pain and Costly...Just Sayin

      Hello Sweetheart, I do READ, and indeed I read the terms and conditions. Now tell me how this company is allowed to bill my credit card for half a bottle of product when I returned it six days after I received it? And yes, I received an RMA Number. Are you REALLY defending this scamcompany? Hey, don't be surprised when you find charges on your credit card for "NEW" products you never ordered. And by the way, your search engine must be [***], because there are hundreds of complaints about the product itself! Thank you, as you call yourself, "Ms. Beauty which is Painful and Costly..........." When it hits your face and pocket book, don't look here for support!!

    I too had the exact same experience. I was charged $89.95 on my debit card as well as the $4.99. How do I stop this from happening again?  I just received an email saying that it is on it's was again and I don't want it.  What do I do?

    I had the same issues as most of you. It is a scam and this is something the government should close down instead of wasting  time on health care and other social issues.   We are not socialists we are freedom loving people

    DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! Unbelieveable.  I canceled the order the same day I put it in AFTER reading all the comments about it. (My bad). I was told by two different reps that the order had been canceled and I would not receive any charges or product.  I even recevied my cancellation confirmation via email. Two days later, I got a SHIPMENT confirmation.  After calling them and yelling at them I discover that they have sent my "free trial" and I have 10 days to return it or I will be charged. I don't trust them to not charge my account - after reading everyone else's comments. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER THIS.  There are better legitimate products and companies out there.

      I had the same problem with them. They should be prosecuted for fraud immediately. What a scam

    I was also charged $95.00 but I spoke to a representative and it was returned to my account.  As for the government resolving this issue instead of concentrating on health care and other social issues seems to me to be very shallow and misguided; to compare a comestic to those large issue is insane.

    Enjoy the trial cream.  If you do not want the continual monthly fee to show, call them within two weeks.  You can cancel your Rejouvance Membership, as it is named, and you will not be billed further....too bad, as I was enjoying the facial cream, but the product and membership, whatever that might mean, is too expensive.

    THIS IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only does the product NOT work, they find a way to charge you EVEN when you comply with all the stipulations including returning it within 2 weeks. SO JUST KNOW THAT YOU WON"T PAY $4.99 for shipping, you WILL pay $95.00 for a crappy-ass product that looks and feels LIKE DOLLAR STORE LOTION!!!!!

    I just got off the phone after arguing with them (for over 1/2 hour) about my free 30 day supply being charged $89.92 because I didn't cancel my free sample within 15 days. The operator told me they will refund $44.96 now and then the rest when they receive the "free sample" I return. I am afraid I will not see the other $44.96. The phone # I have for them is 877-286-0845. If there is a better # to call, I would love to have that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she replied, "Well, Katty, I am de best one here for who to help you." There apparently is no supervisor above the phone operators who barely speak English.

      Same problem here. Thought I was getting a free trial sample for only the cost of shipping, only to find a $89.92 charge on my bank account. It wasn't even for a "next shipment" but was for the product I was trying "risk free"! I was told I could return the product at my expense for "some" refund, but because it was opened and I failed to contact them withing the 14 day trial period (starting the day I ordered, didn't even receive it for about a week) stating I didn't want the product (no where did I get that impression when I ordered) I was now obligated to buy it for $89.92 AND I would be getting another shipment next month at the same price! WHAT?!?! The "deal" they gave me was a 50% refund upon agreeing to continue with the shipments! I'm waiting til the refund posts on my account and then cancelling any future orders (hopefully). Lesson learned. Expensive lesson learned! I couldn't believe the horrible customer service and how deceitful the add was! I would NEVER buy from this company again if it was the best product in the world! BEWARE!!!!

      Hi Kathy, did they finally refund the whole amount to you after receiving the "little pot" back? I'm just curious, since I went through the same process a half hour ago.

    I have had the same experience as everyone else. Does anyone know what can be done about this? Watch out for RX Snake Venom cream too. They are the same company.

    this is nothing but crap!  the same as alot of people  i have been scammed ! i am so pissed off  paid 4.99 and two weeks later got charged  89.92  wtf  icalled the number i found on someone elses response  got a [***] piece of crap person  got nowhere. im going to my bank to change my card info. and sick them on the pieces of [***]! they do need a lawsuit on their [***]  asap!
