This is a total fraud. Does not clarify that the trial product will cost you $90 plus, and that you r enrolled in a monthly membership, all of this without your consent. The product does not work as their advertising proposes.  I will be reporting this company to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

They went through my checking account three times.  Three different amounts and will only refund 30 percent.  Total rip off!'

Definitely this company is a fraud.  I was charged $4.99 and then $89.95.  Why, I do not know.  I should have read this before getting myself in this situation.  Never, again will I order anything online.  They give you surprises that you do not expect.

I wish I read these posts first.  Same boat as everyone else.  Paid 4.99 for a so called free jar of this crap and found out they will charge my c.c. 89.92 for my "subscription"  I didn't sign up for a damn subscription.  Got into a shouting match on the phone and ended up canceling my credit card so they can't scam me anymore.  If it sounds to good to be true it is!!

That's how they make their "free" money. Half here, half there and look all the people who fell for their "little pot". They can take a little aggravation when they're keeping half of your money and nobody is sending complaints to any government agency.

REJOUVANCE IS A DEFINITE SCAM!   1) IT IS AN UNSATISFACTORY PRODUCT.  2) IT IS LIKE A TRIP TO HELL TO GET IT CANCELLED, AND EVEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU IT IS CANCELLED THEY CONTINUE TO SEND AND CHARGE YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. 3) THE BEST THEY WILL GIVE YOU IS THAT THEY REQUIRE YOU TO PAY INFLATED CHARGES  FOR THE SHIPPING & HANDLING ($29.00), RETURN THE SHIPMENT, AND TO CREDIT YOU WITH ONLY THE BALANCE.   4) YOU MUST DEAL WITH  FOREIGN PHONE AGRESSIVE PERSONNEL THAT ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND OR CONVERSE WITH.  5)  MY ADVICE IS NEVER TO EVEN CONSIDER TRYING THE REJOUVANCE PRODUCT.  SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY.

I also learned the hard way that this was a scam.  When I discovered the charge of 89.92 on my credit card I called the phone number on my credit card statement listed for this charge.  They did answer but did not offer to refund any money but they did cancel the subscription to avoid any more charges.  I was totally unaware of my having any subscription for this product as it was never stated as such with the trial offer order.  The phone number I have for this company is 1-877-240-9369  This is for the  Rejouvance Facelift Complex cream.  It's true, nothing is for free.

I also fell for this one.  Agreed to pay the shipping and handling for the free sample.  That was about 6 weeks ago.  Today there is a charge on my credit card for $89.95.  I called the company but they will not cancel the shipment.  They said I cannot send it back to sender because that way I will not get credit.  I have to wait a few weeks try it and then if I send it back and then they will credit my account.  From reading others problems I realize then they will say I waited to long and the time will be up for refunds.  I called my credit card company and they will put a stop on any charges from this company.  What a scam.

I got signed up for the subscription by not paying attention to the fine print. They agreed to take back the most recent shipment but I had neglected to check my credit card charges carefully and two other charges had gone through. The dispute dept at Chase were wonderful. They reversed the two charges and are blocking any further charges. My amazon visa credit card is a good one to have.

THIS IS A SCAM. Post it in your Facebook for all your friends, acquaintances and family members to know not to order any "sample" from them. When you call them and you complain, they tell you that you did not call them back in 2 weeks, therefore, they were "obliged" to charge you the full amount of $ 89.92. After reading the complaints, I checked my credit card bill and for sure, it was in there plus the $4.99 for the total of $ 95.00. I told "Ella" I wanted the full amount back on my credit card after much arguing with her and I told her I would send complaints to BBB and Federal Commission and she said that she would give me a "50% discount" (which is the way they make their "free" money) and I insisted I wanted the whole amount back. I told her $95.00 for a "little pot" is ridiculous, especially when I don't know it'll work as advertised. Also, their add is to have the Kollagen used in conjunction to this Rejouvance, but people from one Co doesn't even know about the other product. They're 2 different companies, promoting the "need" to be used together (to make more money of course). Make sure you do not take any "special discount offer" from them. If you accept them taking half your money, they're getting it for free and that's the only "free" thing here. That's how they can keep themselves in business and scamming more people. Keep your eyes on your credit card, put an order for them not to accept anything from these 2 Cos and send a complaint to BBB and to any government agency in charge of the matter. If you keep quiet, then, they'll keep operating this scam. Some people pay their cc without looking and they don't know they're feeding those dishonest people. For future, do not order anything online, unless you checked what people are saying about the product first. I told "Ella" to read all the complaints posted, there are thousands of them and of course, I'm sure, "she" knows it, but "she" doesn't care, since she can keep half of your money for "free" just through a phone call.

By the way, the number for you to call is 1-888-899-1545 ( thank you for someone who posted it) to complain or 1-877-286-0845 to cancel your membership (which I did not know I had).  The address is : 2619 INDUSTRIAL ROW DRIVE, TROY, MICHIGAN 48084 to return the product. She said she would refund me 50% back into my account today and the rest when they got the "little pot" back. We'll see, I'll keep you posted on this one. Let's see if this will really happen.

Here's a way to stop this scam. All of us should write to Facebook asking them to take out their adds. This is how I discovered them. They should not promote a product that's scamming so many people.

Well, just call me stupid! Wish I had read about this scam before I ordered my "free trial"! I just today received my shipment. There is absolutely nothing on the invoice that you only have 14 days to try this product before they charge you full price for it ! And the invoice says to mail returns to  JM Returns 14603 East Moncreiff Place Suite 100 Aurora CO 80011.  So what I've read here so far, they have addresses in NV, MI, and CO!!!  Guess I should probably just go ahead and get a new bank card before they charge me again! Boy do I feel stupid! Should have checked this co out before I ordered "free trial".  Live and learn.

I was considering ordering this product just for the trial offer. I am so thankful that I followed up and did more research and found your comments. I am posting something on my Facebook page to warn my friends and family. And yes Facebook should remove any advertising from its website that is a scam.

I also was scammed by this company.  Ordered the trial products and have continued to receive two products that were not ordered.  I did finally got someone at the 877-286-0845 number and spoke with Jany #179.  She gave me two numbers to add with my returns.  She says once I get a tracking number to call them back and they will refund my money at that time.  I have two items of $84.95 and $89.92 on my credit card charges.  I spoke with my credit card company and they said I need to "give them the benefit of the doubt" that they will refund this money.  If not, I'm to call them again and they will then proceed from there.  I'm not optimistic that this will happen but we'll wait and see.  I've learned my lesson!!!

I too just found out I've been scammed!!!!  Received the trial offer products and DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE CHARGING ME $89.92 FOR THE "SAMPLES"!!!!!!  I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT AND JUST CONTACTED THEM AND THEY STATED SINCE I'TS BEEN 30 DAYS SINCE THE "TRIAL" PRODUCT WAS SENT TO ME, THEY CANNOT REFUND THE WHOLE AMOUNT, BUT WILL SEND ME A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $44.96 AND I SHOULD RECEIVE A CHECK IN 3-5 DAYS!!!!  WE'LL SEE IF THE CHECK IS GOOD OR NOT!  I'll be lucky if I receive anything.  They removed me from their list.  Of course, I spoke to someone who couldn't speak good English.  What a piece of work they are!!
