I did not approve any kind of billing or payment for this company. I have contacted my bank to halt the process of billing our account for this supposed purchase. This needs to be reversed and deleted.

I need someone to contact me ASAP....better yet. I'll start my calls in less than 8 hours to start my refund process...sad to know the other post have no positive remarks in regards to refunds so I hope like hell that is fixed by now
