I did not approve any kind of billing or payment for this company.  I have contacted my bank to halt the process of billing our account for this supposed purchase.  This needs to be reversed and deleted.

    I did not approve a charge of $59.90 made on 11/16/20.  I am disputing the charge and will not pay.  ANC is a scam.

    I never signed up for ANC Newspapers and got charged $74.90 which was not authorized by me. I am trying to sort this all out with my bank now.  I do not have ancestry account but I did purchase 23 and Me kits. I wonder if 23 and Me sold my information to this ANC Newspapers. I reported this scam to Ohio Attorney General's Office and hope that they investigate this company.  Scary world

    I canceled my account on 7/20/23 and was completed by ANC. On 7/21/23 my account was credited with $19.90 monthly payment. The yearly renewal  amount of $74.90 was not.  ANC was contacted by me on 8/9/23, 8/12/23, 8/14/23. and 8/15/23 left voice mail on all these days. No return phone call after leaving voice mail. No one picks up phone or returns calls. I am almost convinced the $74.90 will not be credited back into account.

    I closed my ANC account on 7/19/23. On 7/21/23 my monthly charge of $19.90 was credited back to my account. The renewal amount of $74.90 withdrawn from my account was never credited back.
    Phoned ANC on 8/1/23, 8/9/23, 8/10/23, 8/14/23, and 8/15/23. No one returns calls. The phone number states all operators are busy at this time or office is closed. This company does not exist and fraud.
