bill sent to me for phone charges

I received a phone bill yesterday stating that I owe 89.70 for collect calls the number it was billed to is not my phone number and I don't recognize the numbers that were connected from the bill was sent in my previous married name I just want to clear this up thankyou Tammy McKenna

    I also was billed 14.95 for 2 minutes and it was supposed to be for 60 minutes, then why are we being charged the same amount for such little amount of time? Are they going to put the remaining amount of time on our phones for the next time?

    This merchant charges $14.95 up to 60 minutes of talk time and .25 cents per minute after that.

    i received a bill from qtbill,never used their service and the phone # from and to, are not
    my #'s. i would like to know how you got my address and info. to create an account. i am
    not paying for any bills and i would like to speak to someone live,not some automated system,
    what kind of company are you????? cancel this account and send the bill to who ever made the
    calls!!. i will hold you accountable if there is any identity theft. you are the primary responsible
    party if there's any damage to my credit.   i expect a response   immediately!!   If i don't hear from
    anybody i will report this qtbill company to the B.B.B!!!!  I am hoping someone will take responsibility

    I Have not used your company ever and all of a sudden I have been called repeatedly and harassed. I just happen to know my rights being in law school and I will sue your company for harassment if this continues. This is your one and only warning there with in I will call my lawyer and start a complaint against your company and its individuals that work for it that make the rude phone calls. Do not bill me our contact me again I have more than enough ammo to get you in court.

    i received a bill from you telling me i owe 14.95 for services that i was told about before my connection was  connected. i did not hear this message because i would not have accepted this. i am not paying this bill because of the amount of it for such a few minuets. i also will be reporting this to the better business bureau to be investigated by them.

    I had an emergence where my truck broke down, and I had to use a pay phone in Marinette, Wi. So i went into the Menards store, I dialed my number and told them I needed to call home. It was a collect call, then I get the bill WOW It was for 15.00 dollars. I only talked for a minate or two. Imagin my surprise!!!!! I am writing you to tell you that I will never call with your service again, and I am telling every one what happened to me!   Glen Koenig  906-639-3566

    what a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I received sooooo many calls.  I have never received an ORANGE envelope with an invoice.  When I try to access the email or phone # given from the info listed via phone message, "mailbox is unable to accept message" or "can't be displayed" is the response I get.  

    Send an invoice and I'll review it and pay it, if it's legit!!!!!!!!!!!

    The only reason you would be getting automated calls is to remind you to pay your account. Or to call you and let you know your account is about to have late fees added or the account is being turned over to a collection company.

    The only way to sign up a account with qtbill.com is to answer a few  personally identifying questions! Once we confirm your identify your account is created.

    You also would have had to accept the charges before creating the account. For example to purchase this product for $14.95 please press 1 now or press I accept button on a web site. Then you would had to have answer several questions to create the account. So it is hard to understand why someone at that phone number would have no idea about the bill or the account.

    If you are unaware of qtbill.com and the account you might want to check with those people who also have access to your phone or internet. Also we respond to every email and can tell you who at that phone number used set up the account. We try to handle most customer service issues by email so we may send supporting billing information.

    The only reason we would call you several times is that you have not responded to our calls and we our trying to contact you about your account .
