bill sent to me for phone charges

I received a phone bill yesterday stating that I owe 89.70 for collect calls the number it was billed to is not my phone number and I don't recognize the numbers that were connected from the bill was sent in my previous married name I just want to clear this up thankyou Tammy McKenna

    i need someone to call me on tommorrow morning in person concerning a bill that i have already paid and harrassed and the continuing of my collect call service with this company. i dont have a commuter and i have problem trying to contact some personell by phone. please do not use voice mail on tomorrow 11/12/09.  Your coorporation in this matter will be highly appreciated in advance.

    Constantly harrassed with phone calls about a charge. I received a call collect from my elderly mother from Ft. Lauderdale airport.  We were not properly connected and she could not reach me until she borrowed a cell phone.  I have received no less than 5 calls/day about this bill and cannot reach a 'live' person. Will see what happens with the email i sent. Outrageous to bill you huge amounts for services that never were completed and then have no customer service at all...in this economy none of us want to be sent to a collection agency.

    Qtbill.com only provides the billing and set up of the account.
    If you had a problem with the long distance  service it could have been the phone or local phone compaines. I am sure we have answered your email by now. We will have the merchant look into the matter.

    I just saw this post while I was sending a email to them. I feels so horrible to see so much people complaining.

    I recently received a bill invoice of $17.95 form the QTbill.com which is so unreasonable. I have been staying home working on my paintings for months from now, I barely call people and have people don't call me unless something important; so I can still read back my call log back to the February, which is less than 20 calls. So, I am very sure about what call I've made or received. The letter contained 2 phone numbers which I think they're the details of the service usage, to me, it just making the letter ridiculous.  No matter which one is calling or receiving, I have never see those number in my life.

    I see someone maybe from the company replied comments, so I think you might also can read my post. I've sent a email to your company just awhile ago, so please resolve the problem. Thanks. Mia

    I'm receiving 10 phone calls a day for a phone bill that I've already paid on June 10th and it is now July 15th.The amount owed was $17.94 and the check number is #389, so if you would update your books and quit calling me I would be very appreciative .                       Thankyou, Patricia Tuell

    QT billing is calling my husbands work phone 2 X every day threatening him... We call the number and they have no means to talk to a person... This is pure harrassment... This bill belongs to my son... Not my husband... This is so illegal what they are doing... First off they cannott harrass people and they cannott call a persons work phone... And they should be careful who they threaten... I am going to file a complaint.. they can be fined up to $10'000.00 fo this...

    chad... can u please explain the cost breakdown of the bill my wife received from qtbilling for a local collect call of 30 seconds duration for which she was charged $17. specifically, the breakdown of payments to fone company for the service they rendered and charges by qt bill for adminstrative labor. a $17 bill for a 30 second local collect call is out of line with what At&t charges for a local, operator assisted collect call in my area. i was quoted a rate of $1.78 for the first minute, and .78cents for every additional minute. i would like to know why i am receiving a bill for $17 for a call the fone company would charge me $3 for. who is recieving the balance of $14 from this bill. tx tom

    I never recieve an invoice, and can not find any link to speak to a real person. The phone calls are getting very much out of hand. Twenty calls per day is way to much,even for a bill collector. please contact me with a real person to solve this matter. Contact phone starts with 517 and ends with 1388. thanks

    I receive a bill $35.90 for a call that I NEVER DID I don't this people and also never do a long distance calls on october.  check those crooks who are fool good people.
