This letter is to notify you that we will proceed your matter for Garnishment on your wages. This means that someone you owe money to has been awarded a judgment from the court for payment of the debt.     It's a scam. You cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
    Garnishment only happens in a real court and signed by a real judge.
    Block and then delete the email.

        You can block the email or mark as "spam", then just empty your spam folder without ever reading the email.

          I have reccieved a message from loanrecovery@gmail.com. Saying that I owe money they never state what company and I haven't heard from them since 2018. After I filled out for another online loan. Then I received an email from them. That they will arrest me and garnish my account. Please help me if you can I don't believe that it's real they won't give me a number to contact them.

        There is NO warrant or garnishment!
        Emails don't mean a thing...file complaints with the FTC and your state AG, then delete the email.

          What is FTC and AG? How can i find them for the state of California? Is it legal for them to send email instead of physical paper documentation in regards to the debt? Especially if in the email there is no person of contact or number to call just says to email back to resolve the issue

    ...if you're in jail, you won't have any wages to garnish.  The whole premise is silly.
