I just received the same email they have my ssn and address and saying I owe  1,423.13 and they know the name of my bank but didn't show my acct number . If you owe some one money they don't put you in jail they send a summons won't ask you to pay it online. This man needs to be dealt with.  Scammers n scams are crazy

I Received the an email awhile ago and it had all my personal information. It also said I'd have my wages garnished and would get arrested in the amount of 1423.15.  I was startled and frighten. I emailed them back stating I will need to speak to a representative and will need a phone number to contact regarding this matter. I had to Google it and good thing I did, After reading everyone's comments about it I feel so much better.

Block and then delete the email.
Garnishments and arrest warrants are NOT valid by email.
It's a scam sent out by the thousands from overseas scammers and you cannot be arrested for a debt which is a civil matter not a criminal matter.
