Is them having all 3 of those cause for concern?
I got an email in July from a different guy about the same thing for a different amount. That email said that they notified me in March 2016 about legal proceedings and now a year and half later emailing me again.
I was a victim of identity theft 2 years ago when someone filed a tax return using my social and address and only found out when we filed our return and it was returned because it was a duplicate. We received mail at our home addressed to someone we never heard of and come to find out they put in a change of address to our home. Reached out to postmaster and filed a complaint.
People be careful with what you put out on the internet. A legitimate company would not be using a gmail account.
