Regarding Airtel customer service

I have applied for safe custody of my mobile number 9845783964 (post paid connection) on 3rd july' 2007, but till now it has not happened, I am not using my mobile since 3rd july, but I got the bill for the month of july (Monthly rent).

I already logged complaint online 2-3 times on airtel website and also sent a mail to 121@airtelindia.com, but I have not got any response and nothing has been done till now.

I am out of station(abroad) since last month, so I asked my friend to follow up the matter. My friend went to Airtel office 5-6 times and at the end they informed him to pay july month bill (Monthly rent + taxes + rs. 50 fine for late payment) and again apply for safe custody (I dont know why).

I dont understand what type of service they are providing to their customer, if this matter is not going to solve soon I am planning to discontinue the airtel connection.

    I have bought airtel post paid connection 1 month back under 699 plan. I am working in Infogain India (p) Ltd. After one week my services are stopped due to address verification. Actually, I was having night shift so a person who was came for address verification didn't find me in company. So I also contact to your customer care executives for the same.

    They couldn't give the satisfactory answer. Actually your customer care services are worst service among I had seen before. I am having problem since last 3 weeks but nobody responding from customer care. I had called there minimum 25 times. I have lots of problem since last 3 weeks due to this.

    That's why I make this complain and request to Airtel authorities to solve the problem as early as possible.

    We request you to BAR all outgoing calls from our mobile no. 9740019460 except to our CUG numbers with immediate effect. We have already given a letter to this effect on 04/02/2008 at your Gandhinagar outlet, inspite of our repeated request for barring the outgoing calls, we are able to make out going calls other than to our CUG numbers.

    Any further delay in barring the outgoing calls, we may have to think of cancelling all the numbers under CUG

    We further request you to enhance the limit of 2 CUG numbers 9740019451 & 9740019452 from the present to Rs.2000 p.m with immediate effect.

    Iam using air tel services for 3 years in prepaid and now I migrated my number (919840239995) to postpaid in cug with bharatmatrimony. But today my services heve been deactivated under address verification. This is the second time Iam facing this problem. Previously I gave a complaint regarding this and they told that "we will verify your address"and provide the services.But till today noone came to my home to verify the address.But the report is showing that my services have been deactivated due to fail in address verification. How is it possible. Even I didnot get any intimation regarding the deactivation from your end.
       
          I request you to take further action as early as possible.

    I am using this worse Airtel network for more than one year. Now When i planned to migrate my postpaid to prepaid connection. But to the hell for past one month they are telling some silly reasons and still the job has not done. There are almost 22 complints on my name. I hope they take more complints from a single client (i.e. minimum of fifty complints) and finally solve the problem and they will say that they have solved all those problems. But it will be a single complint and it has been registered more than once. Good Idea from the network. When we call to the customer care it is even worse. All they can say was "SORRY FOR THE DELAY", "WE WILL FILE A COMPLINT ON IT", "THATS ALL WE CAN DO","IT IS AN TECHNICAL PROBLEM" "IT IS OFFICIAL","WE CANNOT TELL THAT".
    Please my dear friends beware of using this worse network. Think twice before you do the mistake.

    With reference to the subject cited above, this is to inform you that I have availed a mobile connection from Bharti Airtel Ltd…I will be doing the payment by the month of September and I can pay my bill amount only I can’t pay the others bill so do the needful to me.
    Honestly speaking: - I am the only bread winner at my place as, I lost my husband 3 years back and I am taking care of my 2 kids, so this connection was taken from my friends and relatives also as those numbers as follows 9900265943, 9980872430, 9902071721 these numbers are add-on connections so I need to collect the sum from them, so I need some time for this, it will be very favorable from your end
    This is my humble request from me to you I will be very thankful at this matter hope you people understand the situation from my end.

    Please help me from this problem....

    i have repeatedly requested your customer service to discontinue my  connection 9867133396 as i  dont want to  continue this  airtel service.but  i was told that  a  call  from  airtel officer wil come within  24 hrs but  i dint receive any call  from airtel. pl look in to the  metter and  arrange to  disconnect  my connection.without delay, i have  another  service provider connection hence  i dont want   this service

    hello sir we r using this post paid connection for 3yrs.im fully satisfied with ur service but for the past one month we r getting a  message from 58888
    we get even in the midnight. we get disturbed by tis service messages. so i kindly expect you to disconnect this service. if we find this continuing we have planned to change our connection from airtel.
