Regarding Airtel customer service

I have applied for safe custody of my mobile number 9845783964 (post paid connection) on 3rd july' 2007, but till now it has not happened, I am not using my mobile since 3rd july, but I got the bill for the month of july (Monthly rent).
I already logged complaint online 2-3 times on airtel website and also sent a mail to 121@airtelindia.com, but I have not got any response and nothing has been done till now.
I am out of station(abroad) since last month, so I asked my friend to follow up the matter. My friend went to Airtel office 5-6 times and at the end they informed him to pay july month bill (Monthly rent + taxes + rs. 50 fine for late payment) and again apply for safe custody (I dont know why).
I dont understand what type of service they are providing to their customer, if this matter is not going to solve soon I am planning to discontinue the airtel connection.

So i have bought 2 airtel post paid connection, 1st number is Act & 2nd number is not yet act ... due to address verification i had given same address fr bht the new numbers. Due to address verification. So I also contact to your customer care executives for the same.
They couldn't give the satisfactory answer. Actually your customer care services are worst service among I had seen before. I am having problem since last 2 weeks but nobody responding from customer care. & also the Person how called me from +917718869704 even he is not rplyin my calls I had called thm mny times. I have lots of problem since last 2 weeks due to this. if u cant act my number thn refund my amount 300/-Rs.
That's why I make this complain and request to Airtel authorities to solve the problem as early as possible. if my prblm will not solve i within 24hr i will go Consumer Court fr same.

My mobile number is 9910990749(delhi). The outgoing calls have been barred on my number for the past one daysbecause i hv some finiancial ploblem, so my some bill would be pending, i am already inform to airtel cust care my salary would be deposit date of 10,so i am clear all pending bill, problem by giving call-backs and informing the status, i am use in airtel service lasst 2 year in same number, even possible so i am pay online payment but my home town mo, so i have no any option, so plz continue my services 10 dec, i m surely commit it i m payment pay all any how, my no credit limit 7000/-
I dont know what kind of service you guys promise to provide, your Customer Care is good for nothing. You guys blocked my outgoing without even giving a warning or informing about it. And then you also dont know the reason why it has been barred.
If the number doesnt start working by the end of the day, it will push me to drag the issue to the highest authority.
