An agreement was met. The position of Steven Leflar was to organize the company and lower overhead. After a complete analysis of the companies financial situation was determined it was found to be more than $100.000.00 in debt consisting of deposits paid by the clients for future events were already spent prior to the partnership. (Supporting documents can be found at: www.northbaye.net )
The company was moved to Concord CA where a new license was started as agreed by the two owners of North Bay Entertainment. The company had major problems in Napa since it was operating without a business license since April 9, 2007. (Source is from The City of Napa Finance Department.) Thomas Schoenberger had notified the City of Napa that he had moved the company to Rohnert Park when indeed he operated as usual in Napa to avoid paying license fees and taxes. He was already under an audit from 2004 to 2007 at the time. North Bay Entertainment also had a reputation for not paying artists and had been sued on two occasions and lost by 2005. One of the articles you can find at: http://www.napavalleyregister.com/news/article_705240b6-dc84-585c-abd0-4050456e22fb.html
Thomas Schoenberger didn’t carry any General Liability insurance and would tell clients that would ask for the certificate he was under the Star Sounds umbrella.
We needed to start fresh without all the storm clouds hanging overhead of North Bay Entertainment.
North Bay Entertainment went forward without Thomas or Steven collecting any income from North Bay Entertainment. All of the profit was left in the company to reduce its debt. Thomas Schoenberger Managing Partner of North Bay Entertainment found ways to make money off of North Bay by bypassing normal business operating procedures. He would pick up checks against North Bay contracts and deposit them into his personal North Bay Bank accounts instead of the company account keeping the profits. He would also write his own contracts listing his home address and personal phone numbers.
It was found in November 2008 he was claiming he sold North Bay in February 2008 to people who were owed money. He has continued since with his claim he sold the company without a bill of sale or legal transfer of ownership of any kind. However he continued to do business as North Bay Entertainment Managing Partner.
Thomas Schoenberger then proceeded to defame and slander anybody that didn’t go along with him using Yelp and many other community websites. Thomas also created a website www.starsoundsdjmusic.com posting all kinds of false information and went as far as to copyright as Star Sounds Productions 2009 on the website. He registered it to Star Sounds Productions but listed himself as administrative contact with his email address and contact phone number. The website was taken down by the Star Sounds attorneys. Why would Star Sounds Productions put up a website and then slander itself.
Thomas has been working with Gig Xifaras of Associated Entertainment as a competitor of Star Sounds Productions and to recoup monies owed by Thomas DBA North Bay Entertainment in an effort to damage Star Sounds Productions. They both have made claims against Star Sounds Productions to artists and venues alike that are false but are true about North Bay Entertainment.
Thomas Schoenberger claims he sold North Bay Entertainment in February 2008 to Star Sounds Productions making Steven Leflar responsible for the North Bay Entertainment debt. If it were true then Steven Leflar would also have the assets of North Bay Entertainment and the only bank account under North Bay Entertainment since February 2008. The evidence at this point shows Thomas Schoenberger has deposited over $100,000.00 into his own bank account for North Bay Entertainment business. His own bank statements dated February 25, 2008 to March 24, 2008 total deposits $33,162.50 and April 16, 2008 total deposits $45,837.25. Total $78,999.75 in just two months. The balance of the bank statements are being subpoenaed. Now we have to add in all the checks written to North Bay Entertainment Concord contracts that he collected and put into his bank account.
I am aware he did this to other business. Thats fraud.
The e mails came to us from consumerjustice58@gmail.com They were completely bogus. Later Steve sent another e mail asking for money for a job they already got paid for. From the e mails we are getting from the resorts and wineries, everyone is aware that Steve Leflar is a tricky and sleazy liar.;

Claims he sold NBE with no bill of sale or transfer of ownership. But yet collected NBE checks and put into his personal NBE bank accounts, wrote contracts listing his home address and contact info.
I'd say Rich, you are uninformed or just plain stupid. Come to court in Concord September 13th at 1:00pm and see how he explains a check for $1750.00 written to NBE against NBE contracts that he asked for and deposited into his personal bank account. There are many more he will have to answer for in Superior Court.
Since he claims he sold NBE in Feb 2008, he has collected over $100,000.00 of checks written to NBE after Feb 2008. www.northbaye.net
He has also been sued as Thomas Schoenberger DBA North Bay Entertainment and lost and paid one of the judgements.. http://northbaye.net/Judgement%201.pdf
