I called TLG Great Fun to cancel my membership last September. However, I am still getting charged monthly fees by TLG Shopper!
Not only that but I was charged the 16.99 monthly fee 3 times in October! Thats 5 monthly fees in 3 months since calling to cancel my account.
I got the phone number for TLG Shopper from my credit card statement (800) 526-4848. When i called them, I was told they have no record of me calling. The representative said "Maybe you called TLG Great Fun but you didn't call us"
Bottom line TLG Great Fun cancelled my account but they never cancelled the TLG Shopper account.
Now that TLG Shopper is cancelled - what other TLG company is going to start charging me next???????

    I have just written a letter to the NY, Conn. and Nevada Attorneys General about this company.  You all should write a letter to endorse what I have stated, that this outfit is a scam.

    My new credit card from Credit One Bank was charged a fee by this outfit before I ever even used the card!

    i too have been charged for three mos after i cancelled. i disputed the charges to citibank credit card. i haven't called them yet. i was going to wait to see what citibank had to say.

    People should  know T L G great fun makes "fun" into they pcket steeling  Money, without  permission and lieing ...my TD bank suggested to claim this "companu" as did smart Mister Raymond Carey. tank You for advice i lost 4 times .ammounts 19.19  ...

    I don't even know how I ever gpt signed up ! But I cancelled TLG shoppers omly to continue getting billed by TLG Fn! I've now cancelled both. I don't know how they ever got into my account!

    I don't know how I got this charge nor did I want the membership or use it. I called to cancel 5 months ago and am still getting billed every month!

      I too cancelled this months ago and still getting charged for it. I finally had to report my card as compromised and am now having a new card mailed to me. The gal I spoke with said it would be the only way to stop them and that end of it. That way they wont have your card info anymore.  Good luck everyone.

      The gal also gave me a number for that company.

        this is what I'm doing. The only thing i can think of is maybe ticketmaster gave them my info....which if i find out they did they'll wish they hadn't!

        I cancelled my debit card because tlg shoppers advantage kept billing me also. however , even my new card is being billed . different # 's and all  !

          The person I talked to at Chase Bank, stated to me that I should keep my cancelation number and call and cancel with the company.  They said that TLG can still bill you if you get a new card.  They can bill you if they have proof that you allowed them to take the money from your account.

          That's because routing number and act number stay the same just issue yippy a different Card with different numbers. Still attached to your original account

        Good luck I did that in December, new charges in January on a new card. I called the company I have cancellation numbers, surprise, they are on my February bill as well.

      I found this on my credit card bill as well not knowing how I got it.  Apparently, it was through Wyndham Vacation Club.   We bought into the timeshare membership and they tagged us with this opportunity to purchase all over with rebates.  ???   I had to cancel both TLG Great Fun and TLG Shopper.  Now I have to have a conversation with Wyndham.
