I called TLG Great Fun to cancel my membership last September. However, I am still getting charged monthly fees by TLG Shopper!
Not only that but I was charged the 16.99 monthly fee 3 times in October! Thats 5 monthly fees in 3 months since calling to cancel my account.
I got the phone number for TLG Shopper from my credit card statement (800) 526-4848. When i called them, I was told they have no record of me calling. The representative said "Maybe you called TLG Great Fun but you didn't call us"
Bottom line TLG Great Fun cancelled my account but they never cancelled the TLG Shopper account.
Now that TLG Shopper is cancelled - what other TLG company is going to start charging me next???????
