got a call and missed several hang ups, finally i answered, the woman on the line knew our address, names and phone number and said a nieghbor had put us down as a reference for a job, we do not know this person and she was very evasive and said she would call back, i called her adn got a fast busy.

    These people call and pretend they are someone else to try to get you to give them information. They should be taken off the internet and not be allowed to do any business at all. I will report this company to the attorney general at once.

    Vitelity LLC 720-836-6444. They keep calling. They ignore no call lists. Try to get information by indicating they are giving things away - like free medical tests... Scammers, ID theft...

      get Metro PCS and for $1.00 per month get an AP to block any callers - they call once and you add them to the blobk list never again you have to answer that same number - it automatically blacks it.

    I am on the no call list as well, and have received hang up calls too- same number, and same name on the caller ID.

    received a phone call from a so called law firm  saying i owe for a payday loan in 2008 i was still married at the time and did not have the phone number i have now then in 2008. the number is 1-646-871-3735 I checked it out and it linked to the Vitelity Llc co. now how about that.

      OMG!  Someone called my daughters phone saying they were looking for me to collect a debt - left this number - 646-781-3778.  I called with the Case # and was transferred to a man.  Told me that he was letting me know that as of tomorrow, they were going to send garnishment papers to my employer to try to collect a debt in the amt. of $2,846.57 with was from a "pay day loan" which I had not paid for since 2008!  He then tells me that today only, they would settle for $720.55.  When I asked if I could set up a payment plan, he says, how much?  I told him I could pay $25 today.  He said he'd have to check with the attys to see if he could do so.  When he came back, he said they would only accept $100 - when I said, I don't have that, he says "how about $75?"   I asked him if he could be reached at this number and when he said yes, I said, well, I will have my attorney call him to find out about this case. To which he replies  "you don't know what a pay day loan is?"  I said of course I do, but don't recall anything from that such a thing ....then he proceeds to say that I also have a $500 check from my credit union that they will be coming after me for because it was ret'd unpaid and told me that a $500 and above ret'd check would be a felony!!!!!  That's when I said, whatever and hung up.  When I checked the phone number it was LLC VITELITY, NY, NY!!!! When I called it back, it says Hirsch and Kemp offices, which don't exist in NY After reading all of these letters, I am calling my atty generals

        They are making it all up.  The payday loan" is fake, and once they thought you were falling for that line, they added the "felony bad check owed to your credit union".  It's all lies and BS.

        Vitelity is a telecom selling VoIP services commonly used by telemarketing or debt collection call centers, and also popular with overseas scammers.

        Contact Vitelity and file a complaint against the phone number for running an extortion racket.
        Maybe they will cut off that number.

    I recieved a call and they wanted to know if I or anyone in the house had
    Diabetes. I live alone and don't have Diabetes. I told them that I couldn't vouch for the Mice. Maybe one of them was Diabetic.

    I received a call from them and they said they were going to arrest me tomorrow at 11 am, claimed to be an attorney.  This is from something when I was married to my ex 15 years ago.  How do I go about stopping this?

      To my knowledge...no one with an arrest warrant calls a person ahead of time to alert them of the plan.  I really wouldn't worry about it.  You should've gotten notices from this law firm prior to this anyway if it were in fact true.

        Not necessarily true; the police will call you with a desk warrant for your arrest. I believe this is generally for minor violations or possibly some misdemeanors, and of course probably varies by state. HOWEVER, as far as I know an attorney CAN NOT make an arrest - sounds like an unethical attorney. I hope you got his/her name and contact information. You should call your District Attorney's office to check the validity of the circumstances, AND most importatntly, what action you can take to protect yourself, both from the harassment of the caller AND from arrest should there actually be an warrant out for your arrest, and be sure to ask what your rights are and what you should do to deal with this. If there is such a warrant, call an attorney or Legal Aid ASAP.
        Mostly it sounds like harassment, which is illegal.  Ask your District Attorney's office or police department what you CAN do (and decide for yourself what to do, not just their recommendation because they might possibly not want to go to the trouble - some public servants are good, some don't want to put out the effort to do their job, they just want to collect a paycheck. If you don't like their answer or especially their attitude, call another Dept or agency.

    At least the second time I have gotten a call from 214-377-5991 which comes up "VITELITY, LLC." on Caller ID. Each time someone with a heavy Indian or Pakistani accent identifiying himself as "Solomon" from "AG Street Gold" or "Easy Street Gold" makes a feeble attempt to get personal information. Each time I tell them I'm on the Do Not Call List, and tell them to put me on THEIR Do Not Call List, but nothing works. This thread clearly demonstrates that, although the modus operandi varies, ANY AND ALL CALLS shown on Caller ID as originating from "Vitelity, LLC." (a VOIP service provider headquartered in Denver, CO) are attempted scams.

      This is a scam.  I got a call from the same number, pretending to be my oldest granddaughter.  When I asked her name she said "Mary" and I have no such granddaughter.  When I asked her whom she was calling she was very evasive, and I hung up.  I don't know what Vitelity LLC is, but I would stay way from it for sure.

    I received a call which I did not pick up from Vitelity, LLC at 617-500-9600.  No message was left.  Thank you for all the comments.  I will continue to not pick up when I see this caller ID.

    I receive several calls a week from Vitelity 208-561-0302. As a business, we receive so many sales calls that do not pertain to our business that if I answered every call I wouldn't get my work done. We are on the Do Not Call list but it doesn't stop these people. My message clearly states that if the call is important and requires a call back to leave a message. My client's know I will call them back if they leave a message. I'm tired of the constant calls with no messages left. Is there a web site for the Florida States Attorney's office or a worldwide site to log complaints. If these people call again and again, we are allowed to report them to the States Attorney's office but when I go to their site there is no area to do that unless I'm not looking in the right place. I tell these people, sometimes when I do answer, that I'm reporting them and they hang up. I know people have to work but I don't understand how these types of businesses are allowed to stay in business.
