got a call and missed several hang ups, finally i answered, the woman on the line knew our address, names and phone number and said a nieghbor had put us down as a reference for a job, we do not know this person and she was very evasive and said she would call back, i called her adn got a fast busy.

    I just called my bank to first of all protect what little funds I do have. She had me put a pass word on my account. She was so carring she then called back and gave me the numbers to the three major credit bureuas. They are equiafax 1-800-269-0271, Experian 1888-397-3472, and Transunion 1-800-680-7289. You can call and put a fraud alert out and it will protect you if they try to do more. I thought it was a great idea so I am passing it along. Hope it helps. She was so concerned about me it made me feel good banking with them.

    Hello I got that same exact call from this # 630-239-5928 from Vitelity llc asaying I took out a load of $500 from Net Cash and never payed when I didnt they have all my info Address last Four of my SSN DL # they even called my friends asking about me Dont know what to do they also said they were going to come to my job and serve me paper and i was going to get arrested on Monday when here in USA is a holiday lol I told them to stop harrassing me. Thanks please HELP!!

    Same here I work in Retail and they call me 6 times in one day if its a law firm they know its illegal to call so many times its harrassment.

    Who do I contact about the situation I have them calling my job 6 if not more times out of the day I cant be having that I work in retail and my manager said it is jeperdizing my job with the man that I cant hardly understand harrassing me. He calls my cell which im changing the number tomorrow when i pay the bill and calls at work.
    I live in Florida and I have called the Local Sherriff Dept. and spoke to an deputy they say dont answer  but how when they are calling my job we have to or we get in trouble after 3 rings.

    We receive at least 2 calls a day from Vitelity,LLC (904-239-4979).  Male caller identifies himself as John Henderson, insists on speaking to business owner.  When asked for more information as to the nature of the call, "John" becomes irate, abusive really--yelling over the phone. I simply hang up, but I will call the attorney general's office.  This is harrassment!

    I just received a call from Vitelity, LLC from 718-535-3414. I don't know how they got my information because I am on the no call list as well. When I asked the man to remove my number from his call list, he said "What a B****". I tried calling the number back and of course I couldn't. He's just lucky my daughter didn't happen to pick up the phone as well. Guess I won't have any luck getting ahold of his boss after reading these posts though.

    received call from Vitelity LLC 919 238 7238 at 11:13am, was on the other line & did not answer the call... hopefully they will not call again.
    Thanks to everyone who posted their experiences & for suggestions on who to contact.
    Particularly hopeful our retired Fraud Investigator (the Princess 8/10) & CO Police Detective (Police Detective 7/10) will be victorious & post their results soon!

    Vitality LLC called repeatedly Saturday midnight for offering 20 dollars off of Dish Network. Can anybody do something about this company?

    i recieved 2 calls today. didnt reconize the  number so didnt answer. they  left no message so i guess it wasnt important. later did the reverse call back and it came from a building across the street from the capital building here in atl.  so i punched in the name on the internet and ended up here.   from what i can see so far   it looks to be kinda scammy.

    Neesha is correct.  Vitelity is just a service.  It is their customers who hold the number who are making the scam calls.  I don't know if they can cut off those customers, but you could report those calls to the authorities.  If the caller ID is correct, Vitelity would have customer names attached to those numbers, which I think they must give to the police if requested by the police.  But the trouble is, a smart scammer would know how to change the caller ID -  but judging by the scams mentioned here, they aren't that bright.

    Just a scam...dont even bother taking the call,they'll give up and cold call the next name in line

    I got a call from a guy name, Ken Maxwell (I think), said that he was from a company called New York Financial and stated that he had a couple who was interested in buying my timeshare, he left this message and his number, 718-569-6654, however on my caller ID it showed Vitelity, LLC with the same number,......how crazy is that?

    I have been getting calls from "Angel", Vitelity LLC 407-259-2271.  They have a customer that wants to buy my timeshare. very good price. wants me to sign agreement, which I haven't seen and it seems like he is reluctant to send, that we will proceed.  He will get 20 % down from buyere and remainder  upon working out details, paying final costs, etc.  There has to be something hidden here but don't know what.  Anyone have any such information.  It looks too good to be true, so it probably is

    received a call to my phone and work... 214 377 5991... asked for someone else other than my name because they couldn't pronounce my name...   glad I looked them up and found out this site....

    Went on line to get a dental insurance quote and while still on line got call from Vitelity LLC - call went to voice mail and they did not leave message.  Peeved that my asking for a quote would have some one calling me so quickly and with not stating someone would call.  Or some one else intercepted my personal info put in for that quote.
