Someone from the Home Center calls every day to ask me to hire them for home improvement.  When I request that they take me off their list and do not call us again they scoff, make snide comments and hang up.  It is the same thing the next day.  How do we make them stop calling?  They don't seem to be a legit home improvement company and the number that appears does not have a way to reply to it.

    It’s just a marketing company that’s contracted with professional contractors to help them make home improvement sales and the contractors are vetted, permitted and actually pretty good at there jobs. I had my kitchen redone and it looks fantastic!

      If they are just a marketing company, and I suspect they are, why don't they say so?  They make up lies upon lies to cover up their role.  If they direct you to a website, it's full of stock photos, saying it's their work when it isn't.  No thanks

    There must be something we can do to stop the harassment. I don't want someone coming to the house on a fake run, and don't feel like going to a fake address. Maybe I'll give them an commercial address. Fed up with the daily calls.

    www.bbb.org - the main  page will come up.  Then locate the one closest to you.

    I've reported them to the FCC, we all should.  While they don't really solve individual issues, they look at all the complaints they get about a company.  You can provide details like the exact time and day they called and the number on caller ID so that they can track it back.

    Fed Up!
    For some time I was getting regular nuisance calls from the Home Center, despite the fact that I was on the national do not call list.  I started responding to their calls with some choice obscenities which, I thought, were working since the number of calls dropped dramatically.  For a time I thought that those vermin finally got the message.
    No such luck.  Two days ago I got another call and I responded the same way.  The person who called me said "The last person that I called said the same thing, and I've just finished taking care of him.  Now I'll come over to take care of you at  [  my address ]. I'll see you tonight."
    He undoubtedly gave my address to show that he knew where I lived in the hope that it would scare me.  I didn't lose any sleep over this, as I knew that this was just a scare tactic.  Still, it seems to me that they've crossed a line here.  Doing illegal telemarketing to support a scam is one thing, but threatening the life of someone that they called is something else entirely.  I think it's time to get law enforcement involved.  ARE THERE ANY COPS READING THIS THREAD?  If so, suggestions on how to deal with these [***] will be greatly appreciated!!!

    I used to tell them I don’t own a home, they would say something rude and click. Then I tried the please ad me to the “do not call list” again rude comment and click. Now I do not even engage them, I hang up on them and block the number. 😡

    I’ve done a diligent research on this company and from BBB to this site, there are many NEGATIVE FEEDBACK pertaining to this unethical company.  An advocate to my client and there tactics are 1) we spoke to Jane doe and she said, “that she wants things done on her home.  This is such misleading statement because I’ve been with her 5 years and I, her, and a family member have REPEATLY requested to remove her, NEVER call back (she has a nephew to do those tasks for her) But they still HARASS(verbally and via telephone) and they interrupt her sleep & her daily routine 2) they communicate with you at the MOST disrespectful, and threatening matter when you refuse to entertain them 3) they stated that they are in the area and would like to come in the property to do work.  Coming from business sector, this is unprofessional, unethical, and harassment.  I’d like all of you to contact the BBB and the only way to get a hold of the of proper individual is have them go to the property and video tape them & if you need to get news media so they know that we are NOT going to take this type of abuse... especially aiming the seniors.

    I get a lot of these calls to the point where I have resorted to getting an appointment scheduled. The Home Center now under the guise of Pacific Union Remodeling or remodelpur.com has a person named Tania Flores and her number is 949-607-6914 that is a registered contact from a place called roifirm.com which is a digital marketing service. 888-344-7968 or 949-238-7620 or 888-343-7968. People, I need your help to end these harassing calls that we dont want. Please contact them to ask them to remove your name off their list. Also their fax number is 949-329-1072.

      Thanks for the information. I just got a call from them today. I am reporting roifirm.com to the Federal Trade Commission I suggest others to do so as well.

        Hi, I just got a call from someone telling me about this website. My name is Tania . I am the co owner of this company, but not PUR nor does my company provide construction telemarketing or sales. I too have now contacted the FTC in regards to your complaint. Please get your facts straight. My company creates websites. We are brick and motor and you can visit our office in person. We do not offer sales staff or teams.

    Have you ever wondered how they got your number in the first place? Well, about 7years ago I accidentally gave out a number that no one should be able to know, to some young girls and boys that had a table in the Tustin Home-depot. They were just taking a survey! They Said!
    This how I get called daily, now.

    Oh my gosh ! I get a the same calls once every other week.  The problem I have is the person they want is actually not me. They have the wrong name and address for my phone number. I've never been successful in getting them to take me off the list.  They just keep calling on time once every other week. It's terrible. I've asked politely.  One lady told me she wasn't even allowed to remove me from the list ! haha I never signed up how come they can't remove me.

    Anyone have updated contact information for Home Center? I get repeated harassing calls from them, specifically a VERY RUDE individual named Kim Bernard. When I asked to be removed from their list, they claim that they cannot do that. When i ask for contact information or their supervisor, they hang up in me. RIDICULOUS!!! they need to be shut down
