Receiving calls to lower my interest rate on credit cards

I received a call ths morning at 10:40am from 469-544-0742, with a recorded voice telling me that I needed to act now to save money on my credit cards or the offer would expire.  Then I was given an option to press a number to be connected with a live operator and the option to press another number to stop receiving any more "notifications".  I pressed to speak to the "operator" to ask why they're calling me since I am on the Do Not Call list and I don't even have credit cards.  He immediately hung up on me.

I tried to call the number back and learned that it was obviously a spoofed caller ID, the number I tried was disconnected.  This is the third call in just a couple of months like this, each with a different number that is not working.

    try getting the TeleZapper, it has worked well for me, and is very inexpensive and easy to use. And it doesn't cost anything to use it.

    i have been getting these calls for over 3 years anywhere from 2 to 12 times a week.i do not have any credit cards period.last time I talked to one of the represintives there she yelled to me""GO ^&^%$### YOUR MOTHER''what a great way to get people to give you their CC number,just tell them t have sex with their mother.for the record they are based in florida and the owner of the company has moved 7 times I 3 years.the name of the company is cardholderder services.

    I get several calls a week from different phone numbers for the same advertisement.  I push the No. 3 to receive no more calls and still receive them.  When I talk to a representative in a very nice voice, I get hung up on.

    I received the same call while ago. I hit 1 on my phone and got a live person. I told the guy I didn't have a credit card and he told me to go screw myself and hung up on me.
