Lots of overhyped "health" or "beauty" products are "sold" that way.
As long as you keep playing their game, paying for things you didn't order, they'll keep sending it. They'll just say "you agreed", and your payments will just "confirm" that. At worst, it "must have been a misunderstanding", so there's not even any penalty if they get caught.
File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General. File mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector.

Debora, Here is the phone I have for customer Service: #877-286-0845. Package came from: Centenial, Co. 80112. Had the same problem with them. Am suppose to be getting the refund posted to my credit card during 2 working days. I just order "the free trial sample" but got two orders I did not approved to be charged to my credit card. The ammount of $69.92 and $64.95 was charged. Got a hard time to get the phone answered but I kept trying at different hours. Their time is different. Will see if she will keep her word for my refund. Best of luck for your refund. I learned my lesson & hope for no more trouble getting my dollars back.
I have the same problem. I ordered 1 product received 2. I was billed 4.95. Then the following week I was charged 89.95. I quickly called and returned the product with an RMA #. I have been called every 2 weeks since June for my refund. They claim they don't know if they received the products back yet. I need to provide a tracking number from The post office, which I don not have. I have promised a refund for the past 3 months now. I had to change my credit card. Never again.
Stop immediately sending these products . I am going to the bank and have these charges reversed as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have tried unsuccessfully to speak to someone at your company but to no avail. Call me to resolve this now at 252-715-2852!

'whatever' list i am on........Delete me.....I expect to hear from you at once...Saying you are honoring my 'return' and if i am billed for it, better business bureau is next.

I have been receiving a shipment about every other month. The invoice has a 0.00. I don't remember ever ordering this and how are they charging me. Does anyone have a phone number for this company? Can't find one on line. Thanks. My email is mgran84@yahoo.com. Thanks

I Just can't believe I fell for this. I thought I'll order then cancel so they don't auto send me more then bill me. I can't find a number either!!! How do I stop this before it gets out of hand. Thanks Cindy

With cramming scams..
they are set up to maintain the pretense that "you agreed", while blocking you from actually "cancelling". Just leaving out a phone number could grossly increase their profit.
That was their choice. Your choice is to cancel, so contact your bank to block your card number or shut down your account, and dispute any charges for shipments you never agreed to, or shipments resulting from their deliberate interference with your intent to cancel.

I have tried to cancel this product but they conveneneuntly have no phone number to call for cancelation. What do we do to discontinue shipment
