After investigating because I too ordered and couldnt find a way to cancel. I finally found the information needed. I will share it here but please share with others so that they can also cancel and avoid the monthly scam. Thanks!

I, too, got caught in this scam with the "only pay $4.99 shipping" then 2 weeks later an $89.92 charge appeared on my credit card account. Called and rep said it was because I didn't cancel and send the jar of product back before the "14 day trial period". I never saw that anywhere. Thanks for the phone #. I did get the person's name (probably bogus) and a confirmation number. I should have known better...my bad. I put in a dispute with my credit card company but don't know if it'll help.

Ordered through their special, called to and was told their computer was down. I have been sending the packages back since April today I called and they wanted proof so I gave the tracking number they then said they would only refund me 50% since I did not call and tell them I sent them back. To me that was not acceptable so I told the customer service rep (Ken) that I wanted to speak to his supervisor was told that she was busy, so I asked to speak the supervisor above her, after a wait Ken came and said I would be refunded the full amount (approx 700.00). Partly my fault, but also theirs they had it in their computer that the product was returned but not refunded. If you need the phone number and should be on your debit or credit statement. This is the number I called 888-475-9368. I also asked for a print out of my account so I could go over the entire account. Do stand firm, if they won't help you ask for their supervisor and they won't help ask for theirs, took awhile but that is a lot of money so I figured it was worth it.

I am in the process of cancelling. Have notified the bank. It is a scam. 4.95 ties you up. I never ordered anything else from these people. I am notifying the attorney general of colorado.

There was a customer service 877-285-0845 on my invoice. I called, talked to kim (147). She cancelled my account and will refund 50 per cent and I don't have to return product. I should not receive any more stuff.

Greetings. Here is another tel. number I got from their shipping slip customer service: 877-286-0845. Had the sample problem with them. Just gave my card to pay the shipping for the sample., not to charge for any automatic orders .

It is the biggest scam I have ever seen !!! They are keep taking money from my bank account each month without my authorization therefore I call my bank and I'm disputing and my bank are 2. Biggest Crooks ever !!!! Somebody should put them out of the business already with their so they can stop scamming people
