They market the sample for 4.99 and then in 10 days post a price of 89 and 85 dollars for it.Then they claim it is not actually 4.99 it is that cost of 89 and 85.This is never disclosed at the time of purchase this is deceptive marketing.I have called and cancelled saying not needing their products and the lady does not want me to cancel and keeps offering me discounts. I have already called my credit card company and told them this was unauthorized sale charge. These people must be sued.

ordered the product. keep getting it. I don't want it. They said you would be charged 4.99 for shipping. My credit card was charged 86.99 2x. I am pissed. Tried the customer service # all I got was advertisements. I am calling C.C and blocking them charging anymore crap.They should be ashamed on conducting business like this.

Mine is the same as Shailaja rao...I did cancel me account and got a cancellation number. Since they claim that my order conversation was recorded, I requested to hear it. They told me that I agreed to only a 14 day free trial, then the product would cost me the 89 & 85 dollars and that I also signed up for the monthly deliveries. Well we will see if they actually produce the recording in 24-48 hours.

Please do not send me any more cream which l did not order l have been calling this phone number888475 9368 for 2 days and getting the same message we are sorrow your call cannot be completed at this time please hang up and try to call later.is no one answering or is this a scam l told the woman when l ordered the sample l did not want anymore until l try it now they send me the cream yesterday and today l received another sample l am calling my credit card to denounce this charge l have read other comments and l think you people should more up front and answer your phone

Kjks-I spoke with someone who told me if I returned without opening "refused packages" they would charge me 100% for the product. After arguing that I didn't order it and I had a bad reaction to the cream, she said they would give me 50% back. After more arguing, I agreed to mail back the package 😯at my expense for 100%. I got 2 confirmation numbers, her name and her number. All this time in the phone and mailing expenses for something I didn't order. Good luck.

Call 877-286-0834 to cancel and then dispute it with your credit card company to reverse the charges.

Jeunesse medica ll.C you pay 4.95 another 4.95 for eye serum and 6 weeks later your are hit with 2 charges of 89 dollars that you did not authorize and you'll receive 2 more little sample size packages of the eye cream and face cream and i guess it will keep coming at 89 dollars a pop! File a dispute with your credit card company it is a scam and they are aware of it. You can stop them from charging . Jb
