Receiving calls telling me to call 855-430-6762 and given a complaint number. These people state that a certified document has been sent to me and returned as undeliverable and that I am to appear in court on a specific date, but I contacted the Court in the county where I live and no such information on me or for me even to appear in court. These people need to be stopped! I reported all information to the FTC and the Attorney General.

These scams commonly use "Mediation" in their names, as if you're supposedly "voluntarily settling" some "debt" with them.
They pretend you're being "sued".  Many people will panic and pay them money without any proof it's even owed to them, to "settle a lawsuit" that doesn't even exist.
Falsely claiming to have sued on an alleged "consumer debt" is deceptive collection, in violation of FDCPA.  You can sue them for that, and courts can award statutory and actual damages, and your attorney fees, if you win.

This is a scam....they tried to say I owed a debt for 10 years and they were taking me to court. This account was paid in full 12 years ago. SCAM! SCAM! When I tried to ask the lady for the information to be mailed to me she proceeded to yell at me and called me a [***] before hanging up. NO DEBT COLLECTOR WOULD EVER DO THAT! SCAM!

Noneya you’re a idiot. It is a scam. Their webpage is fake. The address they use is for a divorce law firm. They stole the name from the real business out of Illinois. Do your research!

This just happened to me. They demanded payment on behalf of a bank I used to worrk with. I set up a payment to be taken out of my new bank account and then called the bank they were supposedly working for. The bank said my account was paid in full and the text I received was a scam. I was told not to pay them anything!
