Receiving calls telling me to call 855-430-6762 and given a complaint number. These people state that a certified document has been sent to me and returned as undeliverable and that I am to appear in court on a specific date, but I contacted the Court in the county where I live and no such information on me or for me even to appear in court. These people need to be stopped! I reported all information to the FTC and the Attorney General.

    Complete bs scam. Claimed I had a case in their office from a loan I took out. After explaining I never took a loan, they began asking questions such as “ have I had a bankruptcy in 2009”? I hung up after that

        It is a scam, trying to collect money from accounts that were charged off and way past the statute of limitations.. Nice try !! You can look at it as you wish Noneya, but the facts are that the collection company is just trying to scare people.  They buy bad debt for pennies on the dollar and try to collect as much as possible.. this is much like Zombie debt, don't know the term look it up..         Googling doesn’t mean anything.  They are calling me saying I owe a payday loan that I never took out for $399 and now I owe $3000 GTFOH.  These are scammers all day.  Told them they were scammers.  They called me again today when I answered they immediately hung up.  Forgot I talked to them yesterday.  Stop playing.  If I owe you there is no way you would be hanging up.  This is sad because they will get people who are scared and don’t really know.

        They are 100% scammers. Reported them today to Ken Paxton's office and to the Youtube scambaiters who have more success than the Texas AG. We shall see what happens. Pathetic lowlifes.

    I received a call 1/7/19 from Veronica at New Star Mediation telling  me there was a case # against me and it was in pre-litigation because they had sent me a notice of default a year ago and I never responded.  Told them my sister is an attorney and to please send all documentation to me via email.  Needless to say, nothing has arrived.  The scariest part was she knew the last four of my SS#, my DOB and my address.  Very disconcerting to say the least.  I put a fraud alert on my credit report just in case.

      These people have been calling me since last Dec. Now it's become every 2 to 3 times a week. Normally they don't leave any messages except on March 28, 2019. Some woman named Becky from (she talked so fast and only slowed down to give me the number to call)  something about a lawsuit being filed against me and then she hung up. The one I received on April 4, 2019, it was a guy with what sounded like (he wasn't Nigerian) possibly from  Kenya. When was in college I was in a couple of classes with people from this country.  Today, I received a call from a guy (sounded like he could be from China) who couldn't make up which name he was going to go by. He said he was from Accurate Information Location and there was a summons for me because I'm being sued and they couldn't tell me who it was from. Funny thing about it was he got my last name wrong and couldn't pronounce my first name. How hard is it to say Janet? He then told me to call New Star Mediation, he claims that they are a law firm and then he gave me a case number.

        It is a law firm but inside it’s a debt collector nothing shady here

    Stephanie and the rest of her crew have been calling me steadily for the last 2 months. I have called the a couple of NH agency's to find out what the statute of limitation of a so call bill that I owned that came from New Star Mediation in Pennsylvania and Illinois. They suggested that I change my number. Why should I change my number that I have had for over 25 yrs? I told them that I needed the information so that when these people called me again, I could tell them to buzz off, the statute of limitation has run out and you get an A + for effort.   I don't know where these people got my name from and I do know that I don't owe any bill that would go into collections.

    Same here my wife received only 1 call and threatning her  to call them or else. It happened to me 5 yrs back. Took it to an attorney and he says its all scams. Tell them to send you paperwork in the mail which they never do. They purchase names and #s from a 3rd string agency is how they just do ramdom calls.

    Got em calling me now! Lol harassing my family members too. I kept telling them to go ahead and file it with the “courts” but they never will. They think I owe $300 but i have already talked to my attorney who is also a close friend and he said “don’t fall for that crap man”. So don’t fall for this crap people.

    Got a call from these fools telling me to call for a package they have tried to deliver. Called them and got elevator music. Called the company they said that were and they told me it is a scam. Even gave me a so called tracking number that the real company does not use.
