I have noticed monthly charges from WC Mon ValuePlus in the amount of $24.95, did not pay much attention to it because I was sure these charges were for gasoline, one of our gas stations has a very similar name therefore all of these charges have been ignored by me, until most recent online statement review it jumped at me because the icon was not as a shopping cart but different then any other.  By opening the transaction data it was revealed as ATM or cash advance charge. Called visa,  the customer service rep contacted the 800 number, I was then informed that about 5 months of charges will be removed from my account. Well, that was on Friday August 08, nothing has changed as of today.  I remember ordering curling iron by viewing ad on TV, it looked impressive, now looking back these charges started to occur since then.  That was in May of 2013.  By now they charged me $374.95. Wonder if any of the money can be recovered.

Thank you

They refunded 5 months when I emailed them and told them I was going to do a charge back with the credit card company...I missed catching the last charge on 5/25 because I noticed it on 6/9

This company is still in business and we realized we were being charged 24.95 for the last 15 months.  They refunded 5 months but we never knew we had the membership.  We never received the "packet"of information they say they sent out regarding savings. I would like to be able to hear the recording that they say they have of us accepting the offer.  I even tried asking for a complimentary membership for the months we paid for so I could determine if it was a value but they refused.  Seems that when they send an offer for a refund, they first respond and then have you write again.  I emailed them and said the bank would do a charge-back which would cost them more and they sent the credit. However, I wonder if they would have released the phone transcript. Makes one feel quite duped for not seeing this earlier.  An expensive lesson. June. 2018

I've just taken over my dad's financial affairs.  He is 97 years old and has dementia after suffering a stroke.  I discovered a recurring charge every month for $19.50 which I've assumed was a utility company charge.  After a closer look, I couldn't place it so I called the number on the transaction.  Talked to some smart aleck who said they were "member services" with no other name.  I asked what kind of business they were in.  He said they were a Buyer's Club.  I asked for what and he said people sign up with them to use their services.  I told him to to close the account which he agreed to.  Checked them out on the Web and it's a company that scams people.
I started looking at all of my father's monthly statements online and found when it began, November 2015.  It coincides with a purchase he made for Prevagen Memory Pills he saw advertised on TV.  He showed them to me at the time.  I checked with his cardiologist and he didn't want him to take anything like that.  I called the company and asked for a refund, returned the pills and they gave him a credit for $10 out of $139.00 they promised to refund.  Looking back, that's when the $19.95/month charge began.  I think there is a link between these transactions.  They have charged over $600 since then.  Now that I have all the information put together, I'm calling the credit card people to see if they can get any money back from them.  I'll ask them to deny any future attempts to charge his account. They've probably been calling and asking him to give them updated CC info and he happily gave it to them.  Is there any kind of Senior Fraud Organization that I can report this to?

I work at a call center. we provide this service. I'm not gonna say it's bad or good. However in my experience when people order things over the phone they just tend to start say "yes" or "ok"to get off the phone as quick as possible....this is where that charge comes in lol. I've done a lot of product research but, this will fall on deaf ears. The savings you can get from this program will actually put a pretty penny back in your pocket if you do it right.
Look at it this way. Have you ever left an insurance plan halfway through the year? Did you get charged for it? No? Well look at your tax papers lol

I just got my bank statement today and noticed a charge of $24.95 that I didn't recognize so I googled name and all your statements is what I found. I've not ordered anything and it's the first I've heard of them. I'm 60 years old and on disability so I have to watch every penny! Who do these people think they are? I've worked very hard for ever penny and they think they have the right to take it away? I don't think so! I'm calling my bank as soon as they open Monday and if they can't help I'll take further action! God help these people!!  334-707-4504

My father recently passed. Noticed $24.95 on his statement for over a year. He had no idea what he was paying for. We cancelled his card at bank. Asked for a refund and just received a form in the mail he was denied. He unfortunately was scammed as well. We will send the form back in to see if we can get any of it back

Noticed the same thing here. I'm on my moms bank account since she is in assisted living and I'm taking care of all her finances. Was looking for things she can save money on since social security is her only income. Fond out that she was getting scammed for the last two years.

Today I realized I was hit for $374.24 going back to December 2017. I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't catch it sooner but glad it won't be 1 penny more. I canceled my card today and will fight the good fight to see what I can get refunded and work through my bank. While I'm not optimistic, I will at least give somebody a piece of my mind.

They have taken out $19.95 each month since August 2017.  The first charge was $1 on August 1, 2017.  We were in transit back to the US that day and only paid the usual hotel and restaurant bills.
When I called them, they agreed promptly to cancel the membership - and did so immediately.  They sent a refund form to fill out but said we didn't qualify because we requested the membership.  NOT!!
Still deliberating whether to waste my time to get the $339.15 back - probably never get it anyway.

We noticed the charges to my card and called the 1-800 number. Talked to a rep and she informed me that I verbally signed up for this service so I asked for a copy of the recording as she explained all incoming calls were recorded. I repeatedly requested this then she told me they sent me a welcome packet to my address which I supposedly accepted. So I asked her for my mailing address and a copy of my signature accepting such a packet. She then hung up on me. My card company has refunded the charges and we have filed for fraud charges. This is a scam and they need stopped from taking people’s money who actually work for a living. Stand up against these worthless blood suckers
