Calls all the time, says we own a payday loan. WE do not. He says very nasty words to us, threatens up too. I will not repeat on here what he has sad sexual then hangs up.
Got a call today first from mark Anderson then Raymond Scott from 855-253-4758 which the supervisor daniel said it was Us cash advance when Raymond gets back on the phone he gets really rude telling me i don't like paying my bills he is from Bci in ft myer,fl with and address of 1401 Washington dr. He says a warrant is going to be issued for my arrest and that he represents several companies. The funny part is two weeks ago i got a call from us cash advance saying i was approved for a 10,000.00 loan and i called them a bunch of crooks and scam artist and got threatened at that time as well. Beware of these people i have already filed a report with FTC and FBI ON THIS MATTER.
Do they stop calling you now? I have the same problem but do not know how to deal with this of issue. I accident give him my DL# and Bank card and Raymond Scott charge my card. Please advise me. Thanks, Oath Meal

I received a call 2/26/2014 from BCI (bureau of investigations) claiming to be located in FL from Raymond Scott at 888-683-9683. He said that I owed 986 from a payday loan name Cash Advance America in the amount of 500 in January he gave me the last 4 digits of social sercuity but he can not verify when the money deposit in my account. I never take out a loan from Cash Advance America berfore. He can not verify the account number and he said he will mail me the paper work and till now I didn't recived the paperwork. He said a lot of thing that I will be in jail for 5 year. I will lost my job if I do not take care this matter it will go to court and my job will know. I say go head if you can proof me with a daocument in writing that I take out a loan from pay day name Cash Advance America. I have call the police to report on him so be carefully on these guy.

I received a call from Mark Henderson 855-894-5103 CashNet USA. In fact he called my work 50+times in one afternoon. Very threatening and screamed at my coworkers. I was not even at work. I called the number back and spoke to Dustin Carter who told me that he was with the legal dept of CashNet USA in Ft Myers Fl. Said I owed them $$. I decided to call CashNet USA collections number and a very nice man who is a American and speaks actual English, told me that I did not owe them any money at all and this was a scam. CashNetUSA is located in Chicago!!! they do not have a office in Ft Myers Florida. so I left a message for this Dustin Carter and informed him that I do not owe any money and he had better send me the actual proof on this. Do not know how this will end - but so glad that I investigated! do not buy into what they are telling you and do not give out any info of a personal nature. SCAM!!!!!
Report information to FTC. You tell them you have lawyer to handle your case if they said they your information in the court there. Report Fraud alert to 3 credit Bureau so they stop calling you there.
