There is no "arrest warrant".
There isn't any "judge", or "court", either.
It's all made up.
They're looking for people who may have had a payday loan in the past, who they can con and extort through threats into paying them.
Otherwise, ignore them. They're liars.
When someone shows up making threats about some "payday loan" that old, you can assume it's a scam.
BBB claims mail is returned and they're out of business, which was supposedly "payday loans". Their address was Jacksonville FL, which was home to a bunch of sleazy "collection agencies" using extortionate collection tactics to collect "loans" tied to some network of Indian owned "payday lenders".. Florida AG shut down a bunch of them several years ago, but complaints since suggest the perps are still active in "collections".
1) Any accents or idioms suggesting foreign origin?
2) Are they claiming you owe a "payday loan"?
3) Did you ever apply for a payday loan, and disclose your SSN?
4) If so, on how many websites?
5) Did you ever take out a payday loan?
