Ordered 4 posters at a cost of $8.00 dollars when I got my credit card statement they charged $127.00 dollars to it I want to press charges against them if they will not refund my money by the 20th of this month.

When I've called pp, they scold me for not reading the fine print of their agreement. I have since read it, and it says nothing about receiving near as many orders as I did. It also says 100% satisfaction gaurenteed. I've heard from a lot of very unsatisfied costomers. Does it really take THIS much effort and time to get back what's rightfully ours?!?
So now I have to ask - If there is a class action lawsuit, am I still able to join even if they do FINALLY refund me? My intentions are not to make money (even though I have $58 in overdrafts now that I'm sure they won't pay for), but to make sure people like this can't get away with outright stealing from people. After the way I've been treated, I won't rest until they're done or at least hurting.
I wish there was something we could do. Class action suit???
I was also very dissapointed with the information I read on this blog until I saw your message below. I took the initiative to conatct customer service and spoke with Rebecca who offer me a refund (to be processed once I return the posters I did not want. I will be shipping the additional poster I won't keep and expect full return.
My concern is that if your goal is 100% customer satisfaction, you should make your business practices transparent to the consumer. I found that the terms of membership as posted were very confusing. I believe the bases of every business should be quality product and fair practices. In speaking with Rebecca at Poater Pass she mentioned would be looking to refund my money once I shipped the unwanted posters back. The refund would be processed in 3 to 4 weeks. Once completed I will be posting information and let consumers know it turned out.
I want to believe your company is doing the right thing and would want to provide the best service to its consumers.

Oct 5th - charged $8
Oct 9th - charged $39.80
Oct 12th - received 2 posters I didn't pick out
Oct 12th - called company at 5:20pm and the recording said they were closed so I left a message for them to return my call.
Oct 15th - received the 4 posters I had picked out and 4 plain white coffee mugs I didn’t order.
Oct 15th - charged $79.00
Oct 16th(friday) - called company at 3:00pm and the recording said they were closed and to call during normal business hour of 10am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. I left a 2nd message to call me.
I don't know what to do if I can't get a hold of anyone. I'm calling my bank to see what they can do so I'm not charged anymore.

I canceled with them a few MONTHS back and they all of the sudden charge me $79
I called, asked for a refund, asked them why I was charged (they said I must have ordered them)
I questioned the company's practices and the man on the phone said 'I could leave the charges on there and make it look like you placed the order'
