Ordered 4 posters at a cost of $8.00 dollars when I got my credit card statement they charged $127.00 dollars to it I want to press charges against them if they will not refund my money by the 20th of this month.

    the enzite company did the same thing and now have a class action lawsuit , its time we all spoke to a lawyer. Justin

    The very next day after I filed a complaint with the BBB, they contacted me to tell me that posterpass replied.  A PP rep told them they were sorry about the negative experience I've had with their company (who's had a positive experience?  Honestly?), and will refund ALL of my charges within 72 hours.  I've also talked to my bank and they say if I'm not refunded in full by Tuesday the 14th, I'm to come in and dispute the charges.  My bank could then reemberse me and go after posterpass with fraud charges.

    When I've called pp, they scold me for not reading the fine print of their agreement.  I have since read it, and it says nothing about receiving near as many orders as I did.  It also says 100% satisfaction gaurenteed.  I've heard from a lot of very unsatisfied costomers.  Does it really take THIS much effort and time to get back what's rightfully ours?!?

    So now I have to ask - If there is a class action lawsuit, am I still able to join even if they do FINALLY refund me?  My intentions are not to make money (even though I have $58 in overdrafts now that I'm sure they won't pay for), but to make sure people like this can't get away with outright stealing from people.  After the way I've been treated, I won't rest until they're done or at least hurting.

    I have been trying to get my money back from they received over 8 posters (I received 2 more after I sent those back). They admitted they had received my return on May 18, 2009. I've called repeatedly and even spoke to a "supervisor" who indicated that she would get at least one refund processed within the next 72 hours. That was two weeks ago. They've now changed their refund policy to where they only give store credit, which expires in 90 days. They've had my return for longer than that. I called today and after the phone rang and rang, it went to an answering machine that said their offices were closed and gave me their business hours as 10:00-6:00 EST. I was calling at 4:00 EST.

    I wish there was something we could do. Class action suit???

    Dear Mr. Berman:

    I was also very dissapointed with the information I read on this blog until I saw your message below.  I took the initiative to conatct customer service and spoke with Rebecca who offer me a refund (to be processed once I return the posters I did not want. I will be shipping the additional poster I won't keep and expect full return.

    My concern is that if your goal is 100% customer satisfaction, you should make your business practices transparent to the consumer.  I found that the terms of membership as posted were very confusing. I believe the bases of every business should be quality product and fair practices. In speaking with Rebecca at Poater Pass she mentioned would be looking to refund my money once I shipped the unwanted posters back. The refund would be processed in 3 to 4 weeks.  Once completed I will be posting information and let consumers know it turned out.

    I want to believe your company is doing the right thing and would want to provide the best service to its consumers.

    Is there a class action lawsuit against this company? if not there needs to be! my story is the same as the last guy, i was supposed to be billed only  $8.00 for some posters and so they did, and then 3 separated charges of 39.80 each...WTH!!!! it caused one bill payment to be returned. when i called customer service and asked for a refund, the lady told that there are no refunds just credit. this is madness! companies like this need to be punished!!

    same story as above...charged me even after i declined the original offer...going to the bank today to try and recover funds....sounds like i may have a rough go of it...don't know what else to do...the customer service number is disconnected...figures...guess i'll contact bbb aswell...

    Yeah i got ripped off by them two i agreed to the 4 posters for 8 dollars and now my account is being charge 4 times for $39.80. Yeah I'm pissed off and I will be filing with the better bussiness beruara and wish there was one person I could knock their teeth down there freaking throat that would be worth $160.20 freaking [***]. Waiting in the shadows [***].

    I too have been duped. Fortunately I used my PayPal account and know that PayPal will make sure I get my funds back in a timely manner. What a ripoff. My first 4 posters arrived and they were EXACTLY what I expected..... $4.00 posters of the type you get at the fair when you throw darts at them! Perhaps we should create a poster of Jeff Berman so that we might throw darts at it! If nothing else we would feel better.

    #$@#$@#--I cannot believe they wont stop! I need my $$ for college, and they just keep subtracting the digits in my account!! I don't know what to do at all--I didn't even recieve posters!!! They've gotta go DOWN!

    Well, I was getting ready to call PosterPass again and threaten them with a lawsuit, but I see that is not going to do any good.  After being put off for the last 5 months, I decided to check to see if anyone else had any complaints against this company.  Now I find out too late there are numerous complaints dating back from 2007.  Luckily, I guess, I have an account just for internet purchases and only keep a $150 in it, they took all of that and can't get anymore.  I sent all of the poster back unopened after receiving so many and being charged so many times the $39.  I call myself being patience, because I thought they were a reputable company and would refund my money.  I hate to think they (employer and employees) are laughing at scamming all the people who thought they were transacting business with a reputable American company.  If there is to be a class action suit, I definitely want it to happen soon.

    I let my daughter order posters for her room! 2 weeks and $260.00 later these F***ers wont give me back my $$$$. I returned 6 un-opened boxes of posters via insured UPS and they are still telling me it can take 2 months to be returned my MONEY!!! I even told them about this site...did'nt seem to give a damn! I want to hurts them!!!

    Oct 2nd - ordered 4 posters for $8 - knowing that I was signing up for a membership that would be $40 for 2 posters monthly.
    Oct 5th - charged $8
    Oct 9th - charged $39.80
    Oct 12th - received 2 posters I didn't pick out
    Oct 12th - called company at 5:20pm and the recording said they were closed so I left a message for them to return my call.
    Oct 15th - received the 4 posters I had picked out and 4 plain white coffee mugs I didn’t order.
    Oct 15th - charged $79.00
    Oct 16th(friday) - called company at 3:00pm and the recording said they were closed and to call during normal business hour of 10am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. I left a 2nd message to call me.  

    I don't know what to do if I can't get a hold of anyone. I'm calling my bank to see what they can do so I'm not charged anymore.

    Today I woke up to a $79 charge in my bank account. WTF!?!?!  No idea where it came from. I tried calling the company...was on hold for 10 minutes, saying all lines were tied up, then a message came up that the company was closed.......good for them, BAD for me!!

    I called, asked for a refund, asked them why I was charged (they said I must have ordered them)

    I questioned the company's practices and the man on the phone said 'I could leave the charges on there and make it look like you placed the order'

    I am another of your angry NON-customers!!! I called and cancelled shipment and membership many months ago and now, suddenly a $79 charge has appeared on my credit card statement!!! What the Hell???? I ordered nothing from you and you have NO right to take money from me!!!! Not to mention the fact that i have not received any posters from anywhere!!!! What kind of company are you running????????

    I had ordered the 4 poster deal and was charged $8, and I did receive the posters, but not the matching coffee mugs.  They closed my membership and today I see a $79.00 charge, when I ordered nothing, the initial deal was months ago and all of a sudden their is an unauthorized charge of $79.00 as well as an international fee of 0.63, what is happening.
