Ordered 4 posters at a cost of $8.00 dollars when I got my credit card statement they charged $127.00 dollars to it I want to press charges against them if they will not refund my money by the 20th of this month.

    I was charged 79 dollars today also. I called 12 times, finally someone answered. and hung up. I cancelled with them many months ago...so I was very very surprised when I saw the charge today...I am so mad...Trying to call back now. I cannot afford 80.00 out of my checking account right now. UGH

    Hey what the flagnog?  Is this company doing this same thing to everyone they get as customers?  This ain't right!  I just had $79 taken out of my account for an account I cancelled in Febraury AND they sent me a confirmation number.  So why is my bank account info still available for charges?  How do I know they won't do this again..and when will I get my money back!  I have contacted two people by email as suggested by someone on here that complained...but I am so mad, I am ready to drive to illionois and get my cash up front!!!  Seriously..is this how you do business people!!?

    yep me too...confirmation number in august for cancellation, and a 79.00 charge today....i am so furious, I have called there number over 45 times

    I left a message at 8474240954 and chose the extension for Brian Dale. A rep called me back and said there was a computer error on the 25th of October, she told me to ship back the two posters they just sent me and she would credit me. FAT chance...I called my bank this morning...told the posterpass people I had already cancelled...and provided confirmation number. Told them I will be filing a complaint...and I plan to do it...So...who is in with me? if each person who wants to be in the class action suit anties up for a lawyer fee (partial) we should be able to sue them. email me at gayclay@hotmail.com

    Okay I got screwed also for 79.00 what is up with that and to try and get ahold of someone at this poster place is always put on hold then disconnected. Now I got a bunch of charges on my credit card for 39.80 I had to close my card account just to stop the charges. Still waiting to get reinburst. Sent all boxes back by ups. Those sons of %$%$^%$.E I inserted my phone number if anyone wants to file charges call me

    Same happen to me ordered posters back in Jan. of this year got the posters i wanted cancelled memebership and got confirmation number then three days later Jan 21 was charged 39.40 was told i would be refunded but never was it is now Nov.3 and I am billed 79.00 no one answers the number this time I have left numerous messages but nothing. This time my bank is going to refund me my money and cancel the card posterpass used to scam me. I really hope this guy gets what coming to him and everyone eventually gets their funds returned to them.

    I ordered the posters and read the terms and conditions before putting the information through.  What I understood was you can cancel at ANY TIME.  I received my first posters (3 were right and 1 I did not order) and right after that got a second box.  When I received it I checked my account and saw the charge for $39.80.  I then cancelled my "subscription" or whatever they want to call it.  I have not heard anything from them again.  So I sucked up the $39.80 charge even though I told them I would send the extra posters back I kept them.  I received a confirmation number for cancelling.  A month later which was October 30, 2009 I received an authorization on my account for $79.00 which then turned into a charge for $80.58.  I have called numerous times to the company which most if not all end up saying leave a message.  IF YOU CONTINUE TO CALL BACK TO BACK SOMEONE WILL END UP ANSWERING THE PHONE.  I spoke with someone that day that said I would receive a refund of the money in 3 days.  Of course it is now the 4th of November and i have not received a refund in my account.  So, I called and called and called until finally TATIANA answered the phone and informed me I have to wait 15 days for the refund (the banks even say its only 3-5 days).  I don't know what is going on with this company but what I did was called my bank and put in a dispute.  I also cancelled any possible atm/debit card that I could have used (I have a few) for this purchase.  It is a pain for me but if they can never charge me again I am happy.  SO TO ALL OF YOU CANCEL YOUR ATM/DEBIT CARD SO THEY CANNOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT ANYMORE.  If I don't get anything in 1g days, I will be calling them back, asking to speak with Mr. Berman or whoever he is and will try to get to the bottom of all this.  I don't appreciate this company stealing from me.  I am a single parent and don't get child support so every penny counts for me and my daughter.  I will ruin their name if I have to I will create blogs, post it on twitter, facebook (which is where I found them through one of my games), myspace or whatever else I need to do to get my money back.

    I ordered posters from them more than a year ago, and I cancelled my subscription with them immiedietly afterwards, and yesterday I find out that they took $79 from my account, which leaves with no money at all for the next days.

    When I tried to call them, they don't effing answer at all, so I called my bank and the bank told me to wait for the transaction to clear, then I should call them back and I file a dispute claim against them.

    What I basically did, and I urge everyone to do the same, I asked my bank to issue a new debit card for me and cancel the old one, to prevent those pricks from stealing again.

    The pending transaction was dropped after I cancelled my debit card.... thank god.

    And now I'm 100% sure they won't charge me again since I will have a new debit card.

    Four posters for $16. What a crock! I ordered them and was initially charged $16 on 6-22-09. THEN I was charged $39.80 on 6-24, 6-25, 6-26, and 6-29. I called ClassicDecorDirect.com @ 1-866-794-0256 about it and was told that if I didn't want the posters to refuse delivery, which I did. Over the next 2 weeks I recieved packages, which I returned all but the last one because I had not seen any credit issued on my account. I called them again and was told it would take 2-3 billing cycles to see the credits. Now it's November and still haven't seen any credits, nor can I get through to them. "All reps are busy......"  RIGHT!! Busy spending my money! I opened the package that I had kept and there was only 2 posters, not 4. And they weren't even the ones I ordered. What a joke. So I got taken for $175 for 2 lousy posters that I didn't order. These people should be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of a 2X4.

    Totally Broke Now!
    Same thing happened to me! I rodered 2 posters in January of 2009. They kept sending me posters but charged me $10.00 a poster. I canceled. They stopped. Fast forward to October 10th, They send me 2 psters for $79.00. I call them and they never return my calls. I sent them bach. 2 weeks later, they send 2 more, I called my bank and told them to stop allowing them to debit my bank acct. My bank said they couldn't. So I closed my acct. with my bank, BUT, before it totally closed they charged 2 more posters to my old bank acct: for a grand total of $237.00 which I will probably never see! How in the hell can these people be in business? They still advertise on the Internet!

    Yesterday I found out that this company charged my bank account for $79 for posters I did not order.I went to my bank and signed an affidavit which was notorized and the lady at the bank said it would be taken care of.
