Three Phone calls in one day. When no interest on our part was stated in a request of no further calls: All 4 Letter words ensued.

    This guy started calling about a month ago, he call sometimes as much as 10 or more calls a day. He is using 3 different numbers and blocked numbers. He starts calling at 6 AM and doesn't sometimes til midnight.
    So after his late night phone call last night I called him back this morning at his numbers a women answered, but I woke her up at 6:30 EDT
    I also called my attorney general for our local state.

    Apparently he uses throw away phones.  I have been getting calls since june 2nd... two or three times a day.  Two I had anwswered and one was bad language. I have written down eight different numbers as to date under kingston jm and 13 coming up unkown.  First he left a message saying I won 1.5 million and other message was 850,000. Save the messages.  One he even had the nerve to say God Bless You at the end of it.  Write down time and date and phone number and give it to the police.  Maybe if we all complain and document the numbers and time and date they will HAVE to do something about this.  Hey let's call him back and tell him HE has WON his own jail cell.  The are trying to make this a felony charge.  It is call spoofing from what I hear.  Or we can change our number even though it is a lot of calling and emailing to tell our friends but at least he will be stopped.

    They have called 6 times and when I couldn't understand them they got upset. Wanted money to give me money. Stated they were Publishers Clearinghouse. Unbelievable that the USA would allow the phone number to be accessible after so many complaints. Can't they trace and call the local authorities? I'm sure there is a sucker born every day and that's what they're hoping for.

    These people, or person needs to be reported to the FTC. You can find a complaint form here https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en copy and paste it, then fill it out. It's the only way to stop them. The local police can do very little, since they are probably not calling from your area. They started calling us today, and I called back and left them a message as to what I plan to do to stop them. I dared them to call my house just one more time! We'll see.

    we found osoma he got what he needed , with a little group movement and out of the box thinking, like a call to the jamaican government with a threat of bad pub for their tourist industry ; might get a ball rolling . any body politically connected out there?

    here is the number that called me offering to send me 1.5 mil and a lexus.....i called the police, the fbi, the fcc and the ftc.  his number is 876 279 2861.  the federal trade commision is who you need to call immediately...they will investicgate ANY scam to american consumers.  here is the ftc number....877-382-4357.  Please report any of these scams to the federal trade commision...it was very easy for me to get a real person on the phone too.  good luck to anyone dealing with this stuff.

    I received a call from him on Wednesday, July 13th and again today, Thursday, July 14th. I told him I couldn't talk yesterday but to just get info from him, I too was offered about $3 million and a car. He also asked if I had a checking account. He has a very thick accent so whatever else he might have said, I didn't catch all of it. His number on these calls was 876-872-9734. I gave him absolutely no information and told him to call back at 6 tonight. I want my husband to hear this nut case. In the meantime, I did report, as suggested by "David", to the  FTC.

    I too have been getting these calls. Said I was a rich lady all I had to do was give them $200.00 in order to get a reciept # told them I don't do things like that and hung up. They called back and were even more persistant!! Please DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP...IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

    I just filed a complaint with the national no call list registry.  Don't know if it will do any good but feel a little better now

    Upsettttttt-  The same story.  We have a  package for you....Finally I told them I was not interested, that I knew all about the fraud from all these different 876 phone numbers.  They immediately hang up the phone.  Only to call later with foul language and laughs...I will report this....Something has to be done.

    My family has also been receiving these harassing calls from this phone number. They call a couple times a day and my Uncle even told him to not call back again and sure enough what does he do he just calls right back. It's been going on for about a week now.

    someone just call and sayed  i won 25,000 and a car this is a scam  so how do you stop them and how do you stop the calls this is a dam sham they ask  for a $199.00 like i am dum this suck ok.

    I feel your pain, He first called me as Howard Green from Las Vegas and I had won 750,000 thousand but they couldn't deliver the pkg until I sent him $400.00 for shipping and handling. Called for 2 days at 10 ro 15 times a day.  Then a month and half went by and he is now calling that I have won 750,000 again. A week of phone calls.  Now this week he is calling and says he is with publishers cleartinghouse and I have won 750,000 and I have to send 1% of $150.00 so he can deliver pkg.  I keep telling I will not send or wire him any money to stop calling but he is still calling about 5 times a day and this is been going on for 2 weeks, First he was Howard Green, then Mr. White the second round  and now he is Mr. Hamilton.LOL    Thought he would probably call as Mr. Black or Green next.HA  HA

    Just received a call this morning from "876-251-7575 JM Kingston".  They tried to tell me that they have a package for my husband from Mega Millions and they need some information.  I gave them nothing.  You could hardly understand him and then you could hear a computer generated beep a voice sound every now and then.  He claims his name is Andre Green which I know is a fake.  He left the following number for my husband to call back 1-876-306-0888.  You could tell it was a scam. He could not pronounce our city's name.  Then the computer generated voice pronounced it the second time.  He was trying to figure out what time my husband would be home.  They tried to plan a 3:30 time to come by and drop off the package.  I am calling the police.  I am sure this is a scam.  I hope no one falls for it.  DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

    A man called and said I won a large sum of money . He asked for my address  but didnt ask for any money.He said he would bring the check    tomorrow. He gave me a number to give him when he gets here. I don't really expect to see anyone tomorrow. I see all of your complaints and I think it's the same people yall are talking about. I think I will call the police and see what they have to say about it.

    I live in Alaska.  How this J.M. Kingston got my phone number I don't know.  How on earth does he have that much time on his hands to harrass.  He calls a couple times a day and won't quite when politely asked.  A couple of the numbers he's called from are 876-567-9244 and 876-567-4968.  I saw that he has a Jamaica connection.

    Same thing just happened to my folks   three calls so far in less than a day.  When my 81 year old father said no please donate.  he got the F you and hung up on.

    Kingston,JM 1 876 860 5567 has been calling repeatedly for over a month now. Sometimes when I'm home, I pick up and tell whoever is on the line to stop calling, no I do not want the prize of 1.5M, that I told them to not call at least 5 times before this, and if they call again I will report them. So far, last call was August 6.  Strange accent, sometimes hear a cat in the background. Wow, these guys are persistent. I wonder how many people are doing the calling. They must be getting something out of it, to persist for about 3 years or so now. Wish I knew another language, to confuse the guy. Or, do the [***] line from "Meet the Fockers" repeatedly and see what the guy says.
